Indoor setup seemed tricky at first but telephone rep was patient and easily walked me through it. Outdoor Installation is not difficult, notifications and photos are clear. SD card works well independently. The ads for the paid subscription options are ever-present but SD storage and playback are free and after about a week you just learn to not click on them. Happy with these cameras and their capabilities for two-way conversations and settings for lights and alarms (also free). Highly recommend the Hiseeu Solar Security Wireless Outdoor camera system.

Cameras are very clear and can continuous record on solar power only for about 2 days and then it will switch back to only motion . If powered by the plug in it can record constantly Night vision is good and the range is very good. It records wirelessly without wifi but you will need wifi to view the cameras away from the receiver. The sound, however is not good at all but I don't use it anyway. Battery, on motion or on AI motion does not even lose a bar of power at night . Motion detection could use an update. Very easy to set up and install. I bought some magnets from the local hardware store with a hole in the middle and now I can put them wherever I want.

Updated 4/14/26 Changing my rating from a 3 to 1, These things are junk. I have adjusted these cameras way too many times and they still aren't working as they should. Cars, people and dogs don't set it off but a super small leaf blowing across the ground will set it off. Yes I have adjusted sensitivity and the zones, adjusted camera angle and everything. Customer service is clearly from China and offer no help whats so ever. Stay away from these camera's and go with something a little more expensive They work and they don't. When these cameras work they work great, however there are plenty of times where it never picks up anything on the alerts. I have these cameras pointed towards our gate we drive through everyday, near our garage and pointed at our steps. A lot of the times it will never pick up anything for the alerts and record. I have them set to the highest settings as well. Not what I was hoping for but will work for the time being.

The Hiseeu Wireless Outdoor Camera handles this setup incredibly well, especially when paired with its dedicated solar panel option to keep the battery topped off without trips up a ladder.The Setup: Tree Mounting NotesMounting any camera to a live tree comes with a few unique challenges, but the lightweight profile of the Hiseeu makes it easier than most.The Mount: While it includes standard mounting screws, screwing directly into a healthy tree isn't always ideal. For this setup, utilizing a heavy-duty ratchet strap or tree-branch clamp wrapped tightly around the trunk creates a rock-solid, non-destructive foundation.Placement: Placed about 7 to 8 feet up an oak or pine trunk, the camera remains well out of sight of casual bypassers while maintaining a clear, slightly downward angle to capture motion on the ground.Performance Breakdown1. Battery & Solar EfficiencyBecause it's a completely wire-free system, battery life is everything when you're 100 feet away from the house.
