I've been on turmeric supplements for years. I really like these. I've been able to increase my daily turmeric consumption with no stomach irritation and they are tasty. Also, haven't noticed any yellowing of teeth or tongue. Since I don't allow myself much sugar these are a treat.

Bought for a friend who wanted to try turmeric for health issues but does not like swallowing pills. She loved the taste and is good value for price/ amount. I’ll update in 2 months to say if its helping but at the very least she actually venuiys taking them.
