They are based in China, so expect a 12-24hr response time, but they will respond. The shipping was less than 3 days by FedEx. Delivered in 2 big boxes. After all my days of research this had the main factors i was looking for. Pros: 1. Hardware cloth with 1/2in holes, not chicken wire (racoon hands fit thru chicken wire. Raccoons are evil to chickens.) 2. It is built with a thicker steel than most others. 3. Corner braces at the botton corners. 4. A-frame roof. We get snow. 3-sided or rounded roofs will crumple under the weight of piled up snow on the tarps. Cons: It needs center braces along the middle on each frame. I will be using a couple 7 foot garden t-stakes to brace the center from weight. Enough hardware cloth to build, but not to finish. You will need to get a roll to go around it again and 1 foot into the ground. (Diggers) It's also windy here, I will be adding plywood sheets along half to provide a block. Pros: Frame was easy to put together for the most part. Plenty of Hardwire cloth. Wish it said more about how much to over lap. Cons: instructions could be better, & I needed more zip ties than what was included. for example; It says to add corner braces after wrapping with hardwire cloth. I would do it before since it's impossible after. Mine still does not have the corner braces. Hardwire cloth would have been easier to work with if cut and wrapped up in say one roll for wrapping around the base, and several rolls for over the top ect. ... show more

I figured there would be enough space for their enclosure, their food/water and for their pool… and with the size, there is definitely enough room. It took 2 of us about 4 hours to assemble. a lot of the hardware cloth ends were damaged in shipping, so had to reinforce. Was not able to install the supports since the instructions said to install AFTER hardware cloth installed. Should have done before. The frame is pretty good but the entire item with flimsy hardware cloth is not worth $100. Don't waste your time or money. Unless you want to replace with the real hareware cloth. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and explained my issue with the hardware cloth and they surprisingly came through as a class A company should. I used it to house chickens until I got an actual fence in. It works great, and one person can do the setup. My only complaint is that the ties need to be substituted for something better. After a month of use, something was chewing off the ties, and something got in and ate a few of the chickens. I recommend metal wire or something that is a little stronger. ... show more
