These bed rails have been an absolute game-changer for our family. The rating is for the look, simple assembly and ease of use but it didn’t come with the strap it mentions in the directions that would give it a closer and tighter fit…it’s getting the job done but my son can slide in between so I still have to do a pillow barrier

I bought this folding bed rail with a U-shaped base for my son, who is just starting to sleep alone in his bed, and it was an excellent choice. Assembly was very quick and easy; no complicated tools were required, and it was installed in just a few minutes. What I like most is that it folds easily, so I can lower the rail when I need to make the bed or when I want my son to get in or out without obstacles. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel parents should be warned about this product. This bed rail is a complete safety hazard. My baby fell off the bed twice in just two days of using it. The design is flimsy, unstable, and not reliable at all for keeping toddlers safe. To make matters worse, I realized the issue only after the return window closed. I contacted Amazon customer care, but the support was unhelpful and offered no solution. For a product that’s supposed to protect children, this is unacceptable. Please save yourself the stress and danger—stay away from this item. It is poorly made and not worth the risk.

Very easy to assemble. One of the buttons was broken but we don't need to adjust one of the sides, so we just switched the buttons for the side we needed. Works well and is easy to move up and down. My 10-month-old has pushed on it and shaken it, and it stays in place. I'm dropping my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. I've been using this product for a few weeks with no issues so I could give an honest review. The day I wrote the review I went to put up one of the sides and it was ripped along the stitching. I'm not sure how it happened as it was fine the day before when I last moved it. It ripped on the side that is moved the most. I still like the product, but for the price I expect it not to rip so easily. It happened 3 days after the return window closed so I'll have to find a way to fix it.

Not hard to assemble but the end dont connect to each other due to mattress topper. Strap that goes under bed to connect to other side was not in box. Saw in several reviews this had happened.
