The crib railing arrived, and it's truly a fantastic design. I installed it myself in less than an hour; it's incredibly easy to use, which is amazing! The raising and lowering mechanism can be operated with one hand, even while holding the baby. It also has double locks, so the baby can't easily open it, making it very sturdy. The mattress height is adjustable to accommodate different mattress thicknesses, and when lowered, the railing bars don't protrude above the mattress, so they won't hurt the baby's legs! There are absolutely no gaps after installation, so I don't have to worry about the baby getting stuck! Each section can be lowered with a simple press—very convenient! With this, I no longer have to worry about my baby falling off.

I ordered the king sized rails.. I received the wrong sized netting for the end of the bed. The rails took a long time to put together. I am unable to speak with the seller directly to get the right replacement net for just the end of the bed. Amazon’s only options are to take down the entire rails and send them back for a return or refund.

The idea of this is great. We have a 1 year old so I don’t really worry about her getting caught in between the mattress and it, she’s also quite chonky. It takes probably about 30 min to put together and install on the bed. The reason it’s not 5 stars is because when on side is lowered and you go to raise is, the top bar isn’t necessarily clicked into the circle notch it sits on so it pulls off easily and you have to be gentle with it and slowly lift one side at a time. It’s just a dumb design, i don’t know why the bar isn’t latched on so you can just pull it up without it popping off. Now when you get it pulled all the way up and it’s clicked in, it’s tight and secure, but getting it up isn’t something that you’re like half asleep doing cause it’s going to irritate you. All around though, it’s function and purpose is exactly what we needed.
