Great quality and stellar customer service! I really wanted these to work because the quality is top-notch. The materials feel very durable, the "Grey Bear" design is adorable, and the assembly was honestly a piece of cake. Once put together, the rails felt sturdy enough that I would have been completely confident in my toddler’s safety. The height is also perfect for preventing any "great escapes" or accidental falls. Why I returned it: I have a captain’s bed with an inset-style frame. These rails require about 2 extra inches of clearance to fit properly within that type of inset, and my bed just didn't have the room. If you have a standard bed frame or a more forgiving setup, you’ll likely have no issues at all, but definitely measure your clearance if you have a specialized bed! A Note on the Seller (Oneya): Even though I had to return them, I was incredibly impressed with the seller. I contacted them about the fit, and they were: Highly Responsive: They replied to every message within 5 hours. Helpful: They were very friendly and actively tried to brainstorm an alternate solution for my unique situation. Ultimately, because of my specific bed design, there wasn't a workaround, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this brand again. If your bed dimensions match, this is a fantastic, high-quality safety rail set.

I have multiple little ones, and even though they usually sleep in their own cribs or toddler beds, this bed rail has been super helpful — especially during teething, sleep regressions, or night feedings. I don’t co-sleep all the time, but when I do, I feel much more at ease knowing no one will fall off the bed. The mesh is baby-safe, has stitched patterns (not printed), no weird smell, and it’s washer and dryer safe, which was a big plus for me. The frame is sturdy carbon steel with a child safety lock, and the rail can be lifted with one hand. No drilling needed, but once installed it feels very solid. Setup was easy — all the parts are clearly labeled, and I did it by myself without needing the instructions step-by-step. My mattress is 10 inches thick and the height is still just right. I also love that I don’t have to take anything apart when changing sheets — just lift the rail. When lowered, I can sit at the edge of the bed without it pressing into my legs. Really thoughtful design — practical, safe, and convenient.

I strongly warn other parents not to buy this bed rail. This is a serious safety hazard disguised as a baby safety product and does not provide reliable protection for children. The overall quality is very poor and does not meet the standards that should be expected for a product marketed for baby and toddler safety. The product arrived with broken and missing parts, which made installation very difficult. The protective cover is poorly designed and does not fit securely, we had to modify the cover to make it fit, which reduces the safety and stability of the product. The biggest problem is the dangerous gap between the bed and the rail. My child repeatedly became stuck between the bed rail and the mattress/bed frame, which caused crying and panic. This created a serious entrapment risk and is exactly the type of design flaw that can lead to serious injury for toddlers. Safety products should never create entrapment hazards like this. This product should be carefully reviewed for safety compliance due to the structural reliability and safety design concerns. We ended up returning it because I did not feel comfortable using it, and I strongly urge other parents to avoid purchasing this item.

Expensive but worth to buy. I bought another brand but it only lasted for less than a month. This product is really sturdy, works well, easy of use, stability is great. The only downside is when u pull it up or put is down it doesn’t have a lock attached to the handle.
