Expensive but worth to buy. I bought another brand but it only lasted for less than a month. This product is really sturdy, works well, easy of use, stability is great. The only downside is when u pull it up or put is down it doesn’t have a lock attached to the handle.

As one of the most expensive bed rails on Amazon, I would not recommend this product. The one I received came with incorrect parts, which made it impossible to install, and the paint on the steel tubes was also damaged. I requested replacements for the wrong parts and the badly damaged tube, but I agreed to keep the other tubes that had only minor surface scratches. It took almost a week for the replacement parts to arrive, during which I had to keep tracking the shipment myself and even pay the customs fees upfront (they later refunded the fees). I told them this was a very poor shopping experience: I couldn’t use the product for nearly a week, and once the replacement parts arrived, I had to remove the already-installed components from the bed and redo the entire installation, which cost me another hour of work. In the end, I did not receive the compensation I should have. The negligible $5 refund was only because I agreed to keep the scratched tubes. Another big issue is the manual. It is extremely unclear — it doesn’t explain how to use the poles (otherwise you might get stuck by the bedside), how to deal with the pile of screws and nuts in different sizes they give you, or how to clean the mesh. To be fair, there is one positive point: their customer service does reply every evening on time. But unfortunately, that’s the only highlight I can mention.
