I have dealt with hives every summer for the last 16 years. Over the years I’ve used several different approaches to help ease the discomfort and while most are helpful, I’ve yet to find a way to stop getting hives all together. I’ve been using quercetin and bromelain as a combination for many years, along with vit. C and was happy when I found this product a few months ago since it offered the three best anti inflammatory products all in one capsule. I‘m still taking the vitamin C along with these every day for the last few weeks and have had great results. Unfortunately I still get hives, but they stay very small and itch minimally. The hives are also clearing up within a few days instead of 7-10 days at a time and they no longer turn into huge red welts that leave blemishes on my skin for weeks at a time. This product appears to also be very useful for intestinal inflammation and has helped with some digestive issues that I’ve been working on healing. My healthcare provider suggested taking quercetin and bromelain for digestive inflammation, so again I was happy to find something that has that combination plus turmeric, instead of having to buy them separately. I’ve noticed less abdominal bloating since taking this product. The one thing I’d like to see is an organic blend of these ingredients to help rule out synthetic chemicals that may be inadvertently in these since they appear to be coming from conventional sources.

Since taking these for the past few weeks, I've noticed a reduction in joint pain and inflammation. Due to medical reasons, I can't take NSAIDs like ibuprofen, so I needed an alternative and these seem to be helping so far. The only reason I can't give these a full five stars is because these giant pills are so hard for me to swallow. I gag (literally gag) every time I try to take one with water. They get stuck in my throat causing me to gag and spit them back up. Gross, I know. I wish they were smaller. I would take four pills a day if they were smaller, rather than take two of these massive horse pills.

Knee pain is gone! I love this product! I started taking this supplement in Sept, 2021, after having Cov19, to help with zinc absorption (via the quercetin), but found it to be so much more! I discovered that as an added benefit, the constant phlegm at the back of my throat is all but gone. The only time I experience it now is first thing in the morning, and it is now so easy to breathe…stuffy nose is a thing of the past! As a side note…Another reviewer said that “other ingredients” shown on here are less than listed on the bottle, & that it is false advertising. I took a photo of my bottle and there are only 2 other ingredients, as advertised. I definitely will continue taking this supplement, because I’ve found it’s the perfect combination for me!
