Let me start by saying i bought this for my fiancé for a early father’s day gift. The speaker was installed professionally. As soon as my fiancé started to raise the music the speaker started to smoke and was making a very loud scratching sound. after that it completely shut off and no more sound came out. The next day he called rockville audio at around 10:00am and all they told him was that a tech guy would call him at 1:00pm. It is now 10:00pm and no phone call or anything from these people. all i’m saying is that everything they have written about warranty and customer service is all bs. He is very upset about this because all he read was good reviews about these people and they are just not good at all. But what he can say about there amps is that they are really good and worth the money, quality is great too but as far as speakers go they are complete trash. i hope everyone finds this review helpful. ... show more
