    • Way Faster Than Expected—This Thing Rips (and Doesn’t Feel Cheap)

wasn’t sure what to expect going in, but the Qlife e-bike completely surprised me—in a good way. This thing is quick. Like, actually quick. The 1200W peak motor has no problem getting up to speed, and hitting the upper range feels effortless, not strained. Acceleration is where it really stands out. From a stop, it pulls hard—especially using pedal assist—and makes hills feel way less intimidating. If you’re used to a regular bike, this feels like you suddenly unlocked a cheat code. The 21-speed setup is a nice bonus. You’re not just relying on the motor—you can fine-tune your ride whether you’re cruising, climbing, or trying to stretch battery life. It gives you a lot more control than single-speed e-bikes. Build quality feels solid overall. Frame doesn’t feel flimsy, and everything seems put together well. It’s got a bit of weight to it, but that actually adds to the stability when you’re moving at higher speeds. Battery life has been good so far (obviously depends on how hard you push it), but for normal riding with mixed pedal assist, it holds up well. Only things to keep in mind: This isn’t a casual “slow cruise” bike unless you want it to be—it has real power, so respect it. At higher speeds, you’ll want to make sure you’re riding somewhere appropriate and safe. Overall, this is one of those purchases that makes you look for excuses to ride. I love bicycling and decided to try this ebike. I watched the installation video instead of using the paper copy instructions. That made life much easier. Actually the install wasn't too bad. The battery already came pre-charged. After I got everything tinkered with, I took it for my first ride. Wow, much more power than I anticipated. Even at level one it will rock you back soon as it takes off when you pedal. I got it up to 29 on a straight away. You can also just use the throttle instead of pedaling, works great. Brakes are very good as well. This is a great looking bike and very solid. This is much better than I anticipated for being so reasonably priced. I did notice that the menu options don't show when you press the plus and minus button at the same time. Online it says it could be blocked for certain regions. I'm sure. But I love this bike. The gear shifting is awesome as well. This is my first bike with actually good shifters. Very smooth and you barely noticed gear changes. ... show more

My son saved his money to buy this bike. We ordered it on February 9th. Once received after less than a week the peddle broke and the tire popped. I contacted the company which took several weeks to come up with a solution if replacement once I shipped back the battery, which I immediately did. Once they received it, they them told me the bike was out of stock and it would but would be available "soon" to ship out. We'll, here it is May 11th, 3 months later and we still dont have a replacement bike nor a refund. If they would have been honest about the amount of time this would take, I would have asked for a refund 3 months ago. They are taking 1 to 2 weeks to even respond to mu emails regarding the situation. My son is so disappointed as we continue to wait for a solution from QLife. ... show more

I had it for 2 DAYS and it’s already broken the tire keeps turning away from the bar so it won’t go straight even tho the handle bars are straight

Brakes could use some improvement but overall it’s an amazing bike for the price and the battery life is ok. Very quiet motor good suspension and durability, it came pretty much completely built the instructions where very clear and easy.
