This is very very sticky I found myself using more alcohol than I would want but the color is gorgeous. I tried putting it in ice water and that helps tremendously but u shouldn’t have to do that. I'm tough on my nails. In my experience doing hard gel, gel with half-coverage tips, and gel with full tips, I rarely go a week without losing at least one nail to breakage or awful lifting. Sometimes, my nails only last a few days. But this is near bulletproof. It lasted through dishwashing, clawing at things (I know I shouldn't), climbing fences, you name it. It's relatively flexible, but with a pass or two of builder on top, it's just right. I've been able to maintain stilettos with this- two weeks and no signs of them coming off. I feel like I'm delusional, but I haven't even noticed lifting yet- granted, I fill weekly because I'm neurotic about my nails. I kind of hope they come off because I actually like redoing my nails, but I'm not sure they will.

I’m a beginner and I’ve tried maybe around five different brands?? So far I think Beetles polygel may be my favorite with Markatt being a very close runner-up. It’s dense and stiff, making it easier to sculpt into the shape I want. I love this particular color, the black is a bit translucent but has tiny glitter speckles (silver/black) along with glittery flakes so it camouflages your existing nail fairly well. In my photo, my middle and ring finger have a thin layer of pearl underneath, that’s why they appear lighter in color. Overall I give this poly gel an A+…. but again, I’m a beginner so it’s kind of like a substitute teacher giving an A+ instead of a college professor.
