I just purchased this and have only used it a couple of times. So far so good. However, I wanted to let folks know about some misleading advertising by this vendor. I bought this because I noticed it said Lifetime Warranty on the box in the picture displayed. Since I have purchased a couple of other thermometers that have all broken several months after use, I was drawn to this one because of the warranty. When the product arrived, the box did not say Lifetime Warranty. The booklet that came with the product said it was only a 3 year warranty. Shame on them. ... show more
