I absolutely love this steamer. It heats up quickly and does a great job of cleaning my luxury vinyl floor. And it’s easy to store and great that it can fold. I would have given it five stars but my only complaint is that once it is folded there is no place to put the cord which is extremely long. But don’t let that prevent you from purchasing this steamer. The price is right and works great!!

The media could not be loaded. The top part of the handle snapped in place immediately but when using the mop it started to wiggle and shortly thereafter came loose. It broke about 5 mins into cleaning my small 10x10 kitchen floor. When trying to snap it back together it has shifted so much that it does not fit back together essentially rendering the product unusable. My star ratings are based as follows: 5⭐️ - love it, can’t live without it. Outstanding and amazing. 4⭐️ - pretty great, no major flaws. 3⭐️ - got some issues going on. 2⭐️ - pretty flawed product. 1⭐️ - don’t waste your time or money. Just not worth it.

If I could give it more star rating I would. Such a great stream mop. I love the constant steam and how powerful and how much steam comes out. It really gets the job done.And how fast the steam comes on when starting it. I had one before that had to warm up not this one. I love how large the water tank is, there's no need for constant full ups. I've always have water left over after cleaning the hard floors. The carpet attachment is a must to have. I never thought I would need this attachment but I do. The carpet attachment works great when you have kids or pets and they spill something. The steam lifts it right off the carpet. You won't be disappointed having this steam mop. I would definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and make your cleaning more easy.

I really wanted to like this product. I loved the design as well as how light it was. The cord length is phenomenal. The price was even better. The water tank is a bit small but doable. I really like the that the handle folds down for better storage. Attaching the pad assembly was a challenge but finally attached. I tried it out on my hardwood floor first and thought it went smoothly. Dried fast. When I looked underneath the cleaning pad I immediately noticed only the top half of the pad was dirty. I decided to re-wipe the area I just cleaned with a clean rag. As shown in the pictures the rag was filthy. Wish it did a better job.

UPDATE: After 6-months of use it stopped making steam. It was used once a day for roughly 5 - 10 minutes. Now it's useless. Would not recommend. This really does get hot quick. Build quality is good. Water capacity is a little small. Easy to maneuver.
