I've had the chair for about two weeks now and I have no regrets. Customer service was great from the start - after I purchased the chair I asked a couple questions on the product page and customer service replied and answered my questions within an hour of posting them. When I contacted the company via private message to get an estimated ship date and location of where the chair would ship from (California) I received a tracking number and answer to my question in 23 minutes! The chair was very well packaged and even though there was some signs of it getting a little banged up in transit there was no damage to the chair. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had it fully assembled in under 30 minutes (assembled by myself). Might not sound like a big deal, but I appreciate the fact that it came with additional/spare hardware (very frustrating when hardware is missing or gets lost and I have to go to the hardware store to assemble something I just bought) - I wish more companies would do this, but many do not. I am 5'9" ~170lbs and have no concerns about quality / seems pretty solid and well made. Pros: -Looks way better than my old chair did -Super comfortable -Wide seat base (I sometimes like to sit cross legged / Indian style and I can very comfortably do that) -The wheels roll smooth and silently -The massage pillow is cool and stronger than expected -Padded arm rests are very nice -The arms move with the back when reclining - making it more comfortable / actually usable when reclining. -I like how the arms are attached at the base AND backrest - (I once broke the arm off a chair and fell on the floor while using the arms to help prop myself up / position myself / push myself back against the seat (Not all my weight on them, just light-moderate assistance in getting into the right position). I also sometimes use the arm rests to help get up/out of the chair and so I did not want a chair with arms attached only at the base as it has been my experience that they tend to break more easily - have fewer points to distribute weight and often break or at the very least start to wobble very quickly) Cons: -The only con I have is that I wish this chair had a rocking function, but I knew it did not when I bought it. I spent a long time researching chairs before deciding on this one and there was no perfect chair out there. Every chair was missing something that I wanted, (rocking function, had the wrong arm style, no massage pillow, no foot rest, no or little recline, or it just reviewed really badly / was cheap waist of money). Even though this doesn't have the rocking function that I wanted it was the best compromise suited to my wants/needs. It was fairly priced vs. other chairs on the market and the quality and customer service has been great so far.

This chair has been great for me so far. It feels really good and the material is high quality. The set up was also fairly easy. I really like this chair, and it looks great. The wired massager would be better off not wired, and it's not very powerful (but what do u expect its a gaming chair) so I just don't use that at all, but the chair itself is 5/5. Love that I can let it down and basically sleep in it if I wanted to, it can recline very low and the knobs to adjust the seating and raise it up and down are easy to use. Thanks!

Very nice, comfortable, sturdy, well made & stylish chair! Easy to assemble. Took my husband 15 minutes to put together. At 1st I was concerned the lumbar would be uncomfortable or in wrong position for our teen son. He is 16 years old & 5ft 9in tall. This chair is perfect fit/size for him. It's a 'Big & Tall' chair. Our kiddo is tall, being for big & tall it gives him plenty of room. This chair has a foot rest, reclining, and has up & down adjustment for height. It fits perfectly under his new computer desk, giving him lots of room when it's tucked away. (Bestier brand L shape design desk, this chair is very compatible with). He also uses this chair watching TV & playing on his gaming systems. Great buy, highly recommend & would buy again! This gaming/computer chair is made alot better than his old gaming chair, that had the built-in speaker function. Seat padding is thick well stitched & firm! His old chair the seat caved in after 6 months-1 years use. I can't recommend enough. Have not tried the vibration mode in the lumbar yet to review it. If looking for a great computer or working at home office chair for a fair & decent price, I wouldn't look farther. I think its a steal for the price.... Go on & buy it! Our son loves it & highly approves. He's a big gamer on many devices including his gaming computer. He is also a full time home schooled student. This chair gets lots of daily use.😊

Very easy to put together. Probably the easiest thing I’ve ever built. It is pretty and comfortable! The leg rest feels a little unstable and the vibrating pillow doesn’t really do much but overall it’s a great chair!

So the counchen is really nice, and is very comfterble, also was pretty easy to assemble, just keep in mind when you get it, its really heavy, so if you live in a top floor apartment, its really hard to, or either if your in a two floor home even. Overall, 10/10.
