I was super nervous about purchasing this machine for fear of help when I needed it. This printer is awesome and prints beautifully. I did need assistance on a couple of things when I first received it and wow they came through for me. Help was available when I needed it and they guided me through it all. It is a lot of upkeep but I feel better knowing there is help available to me when I have questions. I love ❤️ the printer.

Edit: changed to one star. I spent 2 hours with customer support in the topic mentioned initially. Easy fix and everything was fine. For a few prints! Then all hell broke loose. I have to clean the heads every time I go to print, wasting so much ink. Error lights come on after every print. Called CS again. Spent 3 hours with him telling me to tighten and loosen the belt. Over and over. Never tried anything else. 3 hours! It was obviously a control board or sensor issue but he would not hear it. Was ready to scream after him mentioning the belt a million times. I understood that he thought that was it but after repeating the process a hundred times, it wasn’t it after all. This was absolutely ridiculous. Make sure and watch the videos. They are your instructions. As long as follow it, the process is simple. I had an issue with the white ink a couple days after I bought it but customer service fixed it on the first try! The different time zones made it difficult to reach but nothing a person can’t manage! So far, 100 percent worth it!

Had a few issues and a lot of questions customer support has been amazing and has gotten back to me very quickly and has always known how to fix my problem/questions. The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a compact DTF printer, BUY THIS ONE!! I had no issues setting up and any problems I have regarding the printer I get Ton loads of help from the engineers, Customer service is great. Really happy I purchase this printer..... :)

This comes with everything in the box ready to print, simple and easy set up comes with USB owners, manual and instructions online. They have great customer service. Make sure you register your printer on their website for the three-year warranty. I also purchased the for your extended warranty with Assurion through my Amazon purchase. Also, make sure to check out all of the Facebook groups for procolored printers. It is a great community. The role of film is 13“ x 328‘ you get enough ink to get started but I did purchase a second set of ink to make sure I don’t run out in the middle of my prints. I made my purchase July 30, received my delivery August 11 and started printing right out of the box …. since then I have already made my money back just within 3 months. NO REGRETS. Just be sure to check out what promotions Amazon is offering, clip those coupons!
