Will not go past 3.7 mph, no app like described, no customer service that I can reach. In order to return have to package an entire treadmill, which is ridiculous and costly. I really liked the treadmill but the sensor not working and me not being able to fix it or return w/o costing me an arm and a leg is ridiculous. ... show more

Received this item, after unboxing and putting together I turned the machine on to test it. Before purchasing I read reviews and specifically checked the noise level of this product. There were no complaints of issues of noise. When I turned on the machine and tested it out the noise of the machine was loud and grinding sounding. There is no way you could take a phone call even to walk at the .5 speed I had it on. No matter the speed adjustment the machine was still significantly loud. When requesting a refund I did not receive the full amount back. Would not purchase again, highly disappointed. There was no incline option as stated in the description. Speed and the weight restrictions were as described. Thankful there was a sale at the time of purchase because I would not buy at full price considering the problems I had. Would not allow me to upload a video to show how loud it actually is. ... show more

Love this treadmill! I’m 6’1” and have plenty of room on the belt. Setup was almost nonexistent. The only thing I’m not crazy about is in the book it says not to use it more than 3 hours a week. I usually do 30-45 mins a day . Other than that, it’s super quiet and well designed. I saw other reviews that said they had an error code which I got the same one, but it turned out. It’s because the emergency cord wasn’t attached if you attach it it’s fine. ... show more

Every time I go to use this treadmill, even with the handles all the way in place as instructed, it refuses to go above 3.7! I have gotten it to work properly one time and since then every trouble shoot attempt I’ve tried does not result in any changes! Complete piece of junk for the money it’s worth it to just get a better treadmill that won’t operate like a walking pad ... show more
