Packaging was impressively done, all parts well labeled and clear ENGLISH instructions with good pictures for assembly. The box was rather heavy, but for this application heavy is actually desirable, since it uses thick steel tubing which helps the stability. Unit is very adjustable both in how far the kneeling pad sticks out and for the height. Quality is excellent-much heavier duty than most other low cost ones I’ve seen on here. Feels just as solid and sturdy as the high-dollar commercial assisted pull up dip bar units that my local gym has. Very smooth operation on the assist which I attribute to the high quality rollers and the dual gas strut assist bars. Premium value for the price! Very happy with my purchase so far! Absolute bargain at $149.99. Looks good and is very stable for me at 150 lbs. My complaint is the bar feels a little thin in my hands and could use cushion across the whole bar. Solid addition to my home gym.

I bought this for my son who is on a fitness challenge and he had no place to do pull-ups or cross-stretches but had everything else. It was perfect for his home gym and fit nicely across. The installation took approximately 30-minutes and was quite easy -- actually better than anticipated. Once installed, it was wasy to move it to the correct spot and now he's got a full gym and able to do all the workouts. The extra bonus are the little grooves at bottom that serve as push-up bars. So now he can do pull-ups, push-ups, leg raises, and cross pulls all from 1 machine. Overall, I'm imprssed with the quality and how solid this dip station really is. See my pics. ... show more
