I love my little heater/fan. Besides looking like an adorable droid, it is extremely functional. The heat output is great and heats up my office quickly, and the fan cools me down. Since I use it in my office, it is important that it isn't too noisy or the air input isn't so much that it blows my papers around. This unit fits both bills.     • A good product with great customer service
I ordered this for my garage since I do a lot of work out of it, and this does a great job of keeping things a lot warmer without taking up too much space. It's very quiet, and I haven't had any issues with it after several weeks of pretty consistent use. The remote does have some issues with working the first time you push the button, but usually it registers by the second try. The customer service for the product was a major reason that I'm writing the review. After a delivery error, I contacted the seller, and they were able to quickly resolve the issue and get me my package promptly. They communicated very professionally, and I appreciated the effort they put in when it came to making sure I got my delivery. ... show more

    • Fan to cool & heat
I love the design! From hot flashes, I needed the fan for a quick cool, but I still had days I needed extra heat, so this was perfect to help control my fluctuating temperature! My furnace went out and I thought, thankfully, this unit has a heater and has been doing great to keep the room warm! We’re getting to single digit to negative temperature & the thing will only turn on at 45°-50 something degree setting. It’s really bad timing! I thought this unit was having issues, but I didn’t use it enough to know it was faulty, I thought user error because I would have to shut it off by the switch to get it to turn on again. I had to unplug, it wouldn’t turn on the heat. I plug it in, turn on & heat wouldn’t come on until I hit 90°. It isn’t warm in my room by any means, so I’m guessing a thermostat issue possibly. Heating element seems fine, it probably would’ve been covered by warranty if I would’ve used it more, since it’s not user error. I was planning to purchase another, to cut the chill in another room. At the most critical time that I need this to work or freeze to death, I just can’t recommend this product at this time. I hate leaving bad reviews because maybe I just got the lemon, or it bruised in shipping or it’s just a one off. I really like the shape and purpose! It was a 5 star item. I think I’ve had this for about a year, bought from Amazon. I’m probably more sad to leave this review than the manufacturer. ... show more

I really like this heater. Had the setting on the F5 78 degrees when it was 9 degrees out and it kept the living space over 700 sq feet we are in the most very warm. We actually went down to F2 and 68 degrees because it was too warm. We are now working on adjusting it through the different temps as it gets colder out. No need to pay extra for the gas furnace and that means no exhaust to pollute the air outside. Love this product! ... show more

I was so excited about this product, however the thermometer function does not work. I returned the product and was very upset that I had to pay $62 in shipping. I wrote a review and was contacted by the company. They apologized for the hassle and we're kind enough to issue a full refund plus $30 of my $62. They also explained that they are currently working on the function of the thermostat and are hoping to have a fix in the near future. I originally gave them 2 stars because I was so upset but my experience with the customer service was so great that I am changing it to a 4 star. The product is a good one. It does heat up the house and it also does a great job cooling off the house. You just need to turn it off yourself when the room reaches the temperature you want. I bought mine back in February 2023, and my kids have knocked it off my table twice in that time. The last fall was so bad two of the plastic panels amd touch screen top popped up. But guess what... it still works as great as day one and I still use it. One day I'll get around to figuring out how to put it back together, but for now, it's still doing exactly as its supposed to heating our rooms perfectly! ... show more
