This grill was easy to assemble. The instructions need a little improvement, and I reached out to the company with details and got IMMEDIATE response that they appreciate the constructive feedback, and they will be working to make some improvements on the instructions. There is YouTube video that helps a lot when assembling. The customer service team for this company is very professional and responds very quickly to any concerns. I would feel comfortable recommending this product to anyone searching for a quality affordable grill.

The gas line does not connect to the side burner tube. There is no way to modify the line. If I were to turn on the gas to that line, it would leak all gas through the opening holes in the burner tube, creating a tremendous fire hazard. It took 2 hours to assemble, which is not that bad considering I did it by myself. The griddle grease opening is on the surface of the griddle, in the back right corner, that leads directly to the base of the grill. The grease will drip right on top of the open flame on the right burner. The paper towel rack does not slide through the piece that screws in the grill; this is the least of my concern. The two fire hazards are extremely dangerous and I am critically thinking how this could have passed safety inspections to allow it to be sold to the general public. I will be asking for a full refund, but am certain that I will need to disassemble the grill, try to fit everything in the original box, and ask someone for help to lift it in to my car so I can drive it to the nearest UPS. This is definitely the WORST grill combo that I have ever purchased in my life. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! Unless you want to waste 2-hour assembly, 2-hour disassembly, figure out how to get it in the original box, and call a friend for help get it to the nearest UPS for a return to Amazon.

Over all this a great unit. I like being able to cook on flat top, grill and burner all at once. It arrived well packaged and was relatively easy to put together. The main reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that it was missing a screw that holds the lid on and a couple of the igniters didnt work. However customer service was easy to reach and was attentive. Over all I would recommend this product

Style: Propane Griddle Grill Combo
I am a handyman and avid griller. I was curious about this grill, and after having partially used it I have decided to TRY to keep it, but would not buy again. Ill break it down from biggest bummer to minor inconveniences: 1-The burner shields have some kind of coating on them that will burn into a toxic mushroom cloud if you don't remove them. The problem is that they are stuck on so well I thought it was part of the shield, like that non-stick porcelain enamel they advertise (i was initially impressed). There was no mention of removal anywhere, so after a few tries to get it off or even to find out what it was, I decided it was intentional and just used them as is. Big mistake. I am still unable to remove this coating and am thus without a usable grill. 2-Unlike Blackstone skillets which use one large drip cup located directly beneath the grease drain (port hole), this combo uses a tiny drip cup barley suitable for a George Foreman Grill. The drip cup hangs from the lowest point on the basin of the unit which is to the far right beneath the grill. This means that any grease draining from the skillet, or anywhere, must collect IN THE BASIN before making its way downstream to the drip cup, effectively coating the entire inside of the bottom of the unit in grease. I can't imagine a grill built this way lasting more than a season before either rusting through or becoming a biohazard. 3-The side burner LP tubing is designed so that the burner connects to the main LP line with 2 male ends and no fitting whatsoever. As expected, LP leaks out of the bottom of the connection without giving any hope for the ignitor to make contact with gas. This flaw was the most perplexing for me during assembly as I was sure that I was missing/lost the fitting that prevented this from happening but, sure enough, the assembly video shows that this burner was designed to leak LP. 4-There were 2 threaded bushings missing from one of the brackets, so a panel of the grill is just kind of flapping around. Luckily it wasn't load bearing, but it still speaks to the craftsmanship of the unit. 5-The skillet is a single heavy coated metal plate that does not fasten to the framer in any way. It does not lay flush on the frame. I was able to manipulate it into a position that allowed me to use it, but after removing it for cleaning I have been unable to find that sweet spot again. 6-The size in the pictures is deceiving as this unit is much smaller than it appears. Here are the dimensions that matter: Grill: 16.3in deep by 17.5in wide Skillet: 17.5in deep by 18.7in wide The assembly was otherwise… fine. The instructions were straight forward and the complicated parts were pre-built, so really it just involved building the frame. The heat seems well balanced and clean. I just wish I could use the grill. UPDATE: The vendor must have seen this review and reached out to offer a full refund or a new product from their catalog. Phenomenal. They seem genuinely motivated to provide a quality product and I appreciate how proactive their CS team is. This certainly changes my mind about avoiding future purchases from Laudlife.

I’ve owned quite a few grills over the years — from pure charcoal setups to high-end gas models — and this gas & griddle combo honestly surprised me. The build quality feels solid right out of the box: heavy lid, stable frame, and smooth burner knobs with precise control. Cleanup is straightforward — the grease tray slides out easily, and the griddle surface wipes clean fast. After several sessions, no signs of warping or uneven heating. If you appreciate thoughtful design and balanced performance, this grill hits the sweet spot between everyday convenience and serious cooking capability. Definitely built for someone who actually enjoys the craft of grilling.
