This is my first fryer/griddle combo "cart" and it definitely feels like it's made for serious cooking. I assembled the pieces myself, and the construction feels legitimately solid. It has wheels so it's easy to move around even tho it's a little heavy. I seasoned the griddle and watched how it heated, fryer too. There were no hotspots on the grill, and the deep fryer heated up quickly. The baskets are normal/sturdy, and the built-in thermometer measures the same as my handheld so I'd say it's accurate. Cleanup takes a little time because there are a lot of surfaces, but that’s normal with this kind of setup. I would say it’s a well-designed cart that has easily handled everything from snack-fries to full meals. It's a good unit with a lot of versatility. *My only caution is to be mindful of what you toss on the grill - a random ice chip that falls into the hot oil can burst unexpectedly, so be safe.
