We had some bad pet stains on a bonus room rug, I was very impressed with its performance. It's a powerful cleaning capabilities it's effectively removes dirt, grime, and stains from the carpets as good as rental machine. Value for Money: A little goes a long way, making it a cost-effective solution for regular spot cleaning or larger areas. Only drawback is the water reservoir is small, but it is a unit for home use. I used this at my sister's house and had to get one for myself. It is lightweight, easy to use and clean. The cord is long which allows me to easily clean the carpet I have that is covering my stairs. Cant wait to use it on the upholstry in my car. A++

It would be hard to make the assembly much easier, and they provide a detailed video for those who are concerned when they see an item that says some assembly required. In this case a single screwdriver will suffice. What struck me, in a positive way, was having two cleaning rollers. I like that. And they do a good job. The capacity of the cleaning fluid and that for the dirty water are a little smaller than the other two rug cleaning machines I have used. And a negative, for me anyway, was being limited to 100 degree water. The machine I got for my wife at the office can take very warm water, as in hot, and works fine. Sometimes that extra warmth is very helpful, depending on what you are trying to get out of the rug or carpet. The long cord is nice, although I have learned to use these machines by holding the cord immediately behind the machine in my hand while I work, and not leave it lying on the floor. I do the same with hand vacuums. Keeps the cord from getting run over. And the upholstery attachment is fairly long and nice to have, especially when dealing with stairways. The weight is very easy to manage, and is lighter than the other machines I've used. Definitely is easy to wheel around. So I would have liked to be able to use warmer water, and the capacity is slightly on the smaller size. Otherwise it is a very nice shampooer and works well. I should mention, easy to clean as well.

I love this vacuum! The suction on it is very powerful and it cleans well. The attachments are great for cleaning smaller messes. I have 2 dogs and it also pulls a lot of dog hair out of the carpet. Highly recommend !

The media could not be loaded. This product is a Prolux brand carpet & upholstery cleaning machine. The carpet cleaner is similar in design of a standard vacuum cleaner but works differently as this style of cleaner washes the rug. Out of the box some minor assembly is required, you will need to remove a long screw & attach the handle portion to the body & then put the screw back in to hold it in place & that’s it. This carpet cleaner is not too heavy being about 12lbs, has a great look & design with transparent durable plastic so you can see when it is getting full & also see what it sucks up. The product also comes with a single 16.9oz bottle of Prolux carpet shampoo solution that will need to be mixed with warm water not to exceed 100°F & will need to go inside the 1.3L tank. Plug in the 26FT cord into an outlet & press the power button to turn it on & the machine will begin to work with its dual scrubbing action scrubbers on the bottom & suck up into the dirty tank bin. Also included with the cleaner machine is a 9FT upholstery cleaner that can be used to clean stairs with carpet, couches, mattresses & even car vehicle seats. I used this product to clean the carpets in my apartment & it worked phenomenally & did a wonderful job with no leaking & though it leaves the carpet a bit damp, it will dry up in an even amount of time. Carpet cleaning machines of this quality is usually expensive in nature, even to rent so the listed retail price for this product is a very fair value & well worth it.

This Prolux shampooer is a nice addition to the house. It's easily put together; all you really need do is install the handle and you're done. It comes with a hose attachment for upholstery cleaning and spot carpet cleaning like steps and such. I like the dual row agitation brushes as this definitely helps to spin up and loosen the dirt you're working on when cleaning. I ran this across my area rug and a few spots on my 2yr olds carpet. Overall, it did well. Definitely saw the dirt it was picking up and the spots I needed to remove, though I had to run across some spot several times to do so. The one reason for the star loss is the tank capacity. Compared to another shampooer I've had in the past, this tank is smaller, so don't go thinking that you're going to run this across a 10' x 10' room. You're really working within a smaller area to focus on what's needed before you have to add more cleaning solution and water. Aside from that, not bad.
