    • It helps tennis elbow
Color: Blue
I recommend this paddle especially for women with small hands with less arm strength. Item arrived earlier than expected. As soon as I opened it, I found a small bump on the surface of the paddle. Since it was outside the sweet spot, I played with it anyway and the little bump was gone after one match. I ended up keeping the paddle instead of returning. I've used it four times so far, but I feel it's a very easy-to-use paddle. I'm 4' 11", weigh 94 lbs, and my hands are quite small, just barely able to reach the octaves of the piano, so when I was looking for a paddle with a small grip and light weight, I remembered of this paddle that an acquaintance of mine used and I got to tried a long time ago. I decided to give it a try. I have been using Joola Ana Gen 2 by Joola as my primary for almost 2 years. Prokenex provides a little smaller sweet spot but it got enough power. Also, despite some reviews, it gives enough spins. My main complaint is that since this is a hard paddle, it is harder to drop than soft paddle. However, slice drop was not bad. This paddle is very easy to maneuver. It helps my quick hands. ... show more

    • great choice
Color: Blue
This paddle is excellent for displacing the impact of the ball to racket away from the shoulder and elbow. I recommend thhis paddle for anyone who is having shoulder or elbow problems.

    • This is a game changer
Color: Blue
This paddle has changed my game and has helped my elbow tremendously. I did add weight tape to the sides like .3 ounce very little just to help the sweet spot. Mind you I went from a 8.3 ounce paddle to this one so you understand why I added the tape I went from an elephant to a feather. But I played 8 games the other day and my elbow didn’t hurt one bit. ... show more

    • Perfect Paddle for a Sore Shoulder
Color: Blue
This is my second Pro Flight paddle and I absolutely love them. If I hadn’t found this paddle, I think my pickleball days would be over. It absorbs impact, is very light, and has great power. All things I needed, because without this paddle, my shoulder ached way too much to continue playing. I hope Prokennex continues with this technology. ... show more

    • Lightweight
I started Pickleball about 6 months ago with a generic paddle. It seemed like it got flat or something inside because when the ball hit it at certain places it just flopped. Decided to get a decent paddle as I play often and wanted to up my control. I heard about this paddle from others, thought it was a bit pricey as I am not a pro but got it anyway. It took some time to get used to it, even considered going back to my old one, but kept trying. After about three weeks of pretty regular play I love it! I feel my control is better. ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money!
Color: Navy/Green
I missed the return window due to the time it took to recover enough from my tennis elbow injury to play again. I had hoped this would be my solution, but this paddle is a liability to anyone’s game! It creates a whole different set of challenges because it’s really hard to hit with and control the ball with. There are numerous dead spots so if you don’t hit the exact middle, the ball just drops with a thud. Maybe I got a bad paddle. The vibration of my arm was a little less, but it will be going into the recycle bin, unfortunately! If you need a paddle for tennis elbow, keep looking and don’t waste your money on this one! It’s a dud! ... show more
