Pretty usable even with my large overhead light on. Obviously not so much with 2 large windows of direct sunlight but that's to be expected. I don't have a projector screen yet but looking pretty decent on my painted drywall. It focuses as close as 4 feet as is pictured here. Comes with the cables and everything you need.
