I really enjoyed this projector from the moment I got it. The picture quality was impressive for the price, and it quickly became a favorite for movie nights, sports, and casual gaming. It was easy to set up, reliable, and delivered a great viewing experience for me and my family over the past year. Unfortunately, after a year of use, the projector stopped working unexpectedly. While that was definitely disappointing, what stood out to me the most was how responsive and helpful Goodee’s customer service has been. From the first message I sent, they have been professional, kind, and genuinely focused on helping me find a solution. It’s rare these days to find a company that continues to support its customers even after the sale is done, but Goodee has gone above and beyond to show they care. I have been thoroughly impressed with this projector. the picture quality is crisp and the product is easy to use. On top of that, the customer service is amazing. after about 10 months of use, the remote stopped working for me. When i reached out to the customer service over email, they acted very quickly and sent a replacement remote. Overall very happy with the product.
