I'm new to beekeeping and I wanted to be protected from stings. This suit has three layers, so it gives ample protection. I feel like the sizing is a bit small, but that could be just me...I don't like to feel restrained, but the size I have fits well. The zippers are great and large enough to use even with gloves on. It is comfortable to wear, and even though its vented, it still gets pretty warm. Depending on outside temperature and the time of day, the heat can be quite uncomfortable. This bee suit has and does it all! Metal zippers super sturdy, a little latch thing at the top to keep the hood from sticking to your face!!!!! Open zipper to the face, little stretchy things on your feet so it won't ride up! Looks buntchy but is not. Easy on and off, nice fit, not to heavy. Great suit for the price! They say order one size larger. I didn't....and should have. Had to return original and reorder one size larger than I normally wear. Return was painless. Haven't used this bee suit yet, but it appeared to be well made and good quality.

The crotch to shoulder length is a bit short. I duct taped the wrist and ankle openings. No stings or issues, though the mesh could be more durable.
