Very solid and works great. Has very position you could want and the vibration is good. Only 2 small complaints. While the remote does light up there’s no button to keep it lit up I also wish there was a remote holder to keep it close by without taking up space.

    • Great Adjustable Base but remote is Not
Update: The latest Android app now works great and adds a second custom position so that makes up for the snore button issue. Also, Leggett & Platt has excellent customer support for their adjustable beds and the Android app. I would recommend their products. I've had this for about six months. This base is heavy, sturdy and seems to be well built. The pillow tilt feature is great and the different adjustments are almost infinite. The massage/vibrate feature works reasonably well with an upper and lower massager but the lower one seems stronger and better than the upper one. I wish they were reversed. It would be very difficult to swap motor positions since the sack holding them is stapled into the base. The worst part is the remote. A minor issue is that you need to touch a button before the button lights come on. The worst part though is that you have three automatic position settings, two assigned (zero-gravity and snore) and one custom although you can customize all three. But for some silly, unknown reason the snore button resets the base to flat after about 10 minutes. Even if I re-program it, the base goes flat in10 minutes. This makes absolutely no sense and when I called customer support they said it was designed that way. Really lame. ... show more

    • Sleepgeekz was reliable.
I had it delivered and assembled and that went well. The cloth on top of frame was substandard. Wrinkling and it was not sewn evenly. Sleepgeek had excellent customer service. They picked it up and refunded both the frame and delivery charges. I think it was a one off situation.

Frame is very sturdy and easy to set-up! Overall, we like the bed frame very much! Our mattress stays in place without using the retainer bar at the foot of the bed. The remote control could be improved so that it lights upon holding it. As it is, you need to press a button to light the remote to see the buttons. It's not the easiest to hit the correct button in the dark. The USB charging ports could also be positioned better to make it easier to connect electronic devices. You need to look under the side of the bed to find the ports. Even though I offer some constructive criticism, I highly recommend this frame! ... show more

Just started using this product and very pleased with the bed and it's features. Customer service we received was well above what anyone could expect. With a minimal charge the seller arranged for delivery and set up. Agree with other reviews about remote control -- wish light would stay on just a bit longer but works well. Like that the height of the bed is adjustable. After the great customer service we received, we knew we ordered the right bed from the right place! Love the under the bed lighting. ... show more

The bed works exactly as described. The movement and ease of using the bed is wonderful. The help for my back pain has been tremendous as well. The screen on the remote was smashed to bits when the package arrived. Due to COVID-19, reaching the company to get a replacement has been impossible. I understand that and will get a replacement when they reopen. I'm not worried about that at all. ... show more

Received the bed but it was missing the legs. Not sure how that happened but I called the seller and he immediately called me back and arranged for the legs to be shipped ASAP. Once I set it up, which was simply attaching the legs and having my neighbor help flip it over, it did what it was supposed to do. The only thing I would say that was negative, is that the remote is very sensitive to touches. ... show more
