I've only had these a few days. This is my third try at getting hearings aids from amazon. the first ones were just crap that screamed without stop. The second ones were Apple ear buds that had the hearing aid function. they only work as hearing aids if you have an Apple I phone with ios of 18.2. The site said they worked with Android. they do as earbuds but not hearing aids. I still have a $297 set of buds on my dresser that can not be returned because it took me longer than 30 days of trial and error to find out they didn't work for me. I finally found one that works straight out of the box. I am still getting them fine-tuned. I can control the volume and the feedback very easily. I wish I had tried these first. I wish they would connect with my phone for control and taking phone calls but these are the best so far
