Extremely sturdy and comfortable chair. I'm a big guy and have no issues fitting into this chair. Assembly was a breeze. Instructions are clear. Parts were well-packed, organized, and labeled. I bought the version with the adjustable arms, and it was worth the extra level of customization. I sit in this chair to work, so I've been in it eight hours a day for about a month now. I have absolutely no complaints.

I bought this as my first ever “adult computer chair” to replace a low-quality computer chair. I’m writing this review after about 5 months of use. The cushion on this seat is very nice and thick. I really like how adjustable all parts of the chair are. Many reviews said this chair would be good for shorter people and I agree, I’m a short female and this chair fits my figure perfectly. If you’re over 5’5 you may find that this chair can’t adjust to your likings. For example, I already have the headrest extended all the way up and it fits my size perfectly. The lumbar support on this chair could be better, but for the price of this chair I can’t complain much about it. The mesh material is very thick and feels high-quality while also being breathable.

The chair came packaged well, had simple instructions, and only took 10-15 minutes to have it put together: It is very adjustable and it provides great lumbar support; however, I am 5’11” and the head rest does not adjust quite high enough for my personal preference of height. With that said, the head rest is still very comfortable, just not perfect. I would definitely recommend this item for people that are looking for a great desk chair on a budget.

I will be honest that when it comes to buying an office chair, i am always cautious. I spent a lot of time at my desk, and therefore a comfortable chair with proper lumbar support is a must for me. Since I got the chair I had been careful, but then one day I decided to fully lean back on the car and truly relax, unfortunately the cheap quality of the chair didn’t let me. As I leaned back I could hear the wood from the bottom of the seat crack and the chair stayed in the recliner position. They only way I can use this chair is by leaning it up against a wall and I rally regret this purchase o should’ve spent an extra $100 on a chair that would’ve actually worked

Disappointed to say the least. Everything seemed fine when I put it together. It was easy to assemble, then I realized what other reviewers were saying about the headrest’s height issue. I thought it wouldn’t matter to me since I am rather average height, but I have to put the headrest on the highest setting to be anywhere near comfortable, otherwise it is digging into my shoulders. That wasn’t the only problem with the headrest. The screws on the adjustment mechanic actually came out, and they just would not stay in when I tried to reinsert them, so I had to bind it together with electrical tape to keep it from slumping back down so easily (see photo). And then there was the issue with the backrest. I experienced what another reviewer said about the backrest overextending and breaking into the wood of the seat when you lean back into it. It didn’t break off, but it is in such a shape now that I cannot relax into without the fear of it breaking. Nor can I do my work at my desk without it extending so far that my arms are not even on the armrests anymore. On top of all this, it seems that the plastic frames of the seat and headrest were warped in some way either in factory or in transportation. When I sit down in it, the backrest and headrest just appear crooked and not level (take a closer look at the photo). It is nothing to do with the assembly, it just looks and feels out of shape. Given all of this, I think I am being generous in giving it two stars. Like I said, easy to assemble, fit the specifications I was looking for, but just cannot bring myself to recommend this to anyone. I will be replacing it as soon as possible. I’m just glad at this point that I bought it on sale and not full price.

This is a very good chair with lots of adjustments. If you are not very tall and looking for a comfortable chair this might be the one. The headrest is kind of low, if you are taller than say 5'8" it may not work for you. Though, you may simply remove it or not install at all if you don't need it. The best part of the chair, which is the backrest, may need some attention. It is truly adjustable both vertically and horizontally. Chairs I tested before, which claimed to have "adjustable" backrests failed so far. If you need a really firm backrest, you might need to reinforce it with a piece of cloth or small cushion. The original cushion is a little bit too soft and thin, see the picture, not too difficult to fix.
