So I’ve put about 53 miles on it so far and it has been great. It has been able to tackle all of the hills in my neighborhood (I live in a very hilly area). Of course on steep hills it only does about 8-10mph, but it does make it. It does do 19mph but only going down hill. I maxed out at about 17 on flat ground (I weigh 170lb). What I will say is there is not a huge drop off in acceleration until it get below about 10%-15%. And I was still able to get close to top speed(about 14-15mph) it just took a little longer to get there. The speed won’t blow you away but it will get you where you need to go. Definitely better than walking lol. The range is what I was surprised with. I got a little over 13 mile out of it riding on S(19mph setting) the entire time and I was full throttle most of the ride. I am fairly confident you could get the full 15 miles on Eco mode. Great commuter scooter for quick errands or short trips within the neighborhood. My only true dislike is the solid tires and lack of suspension makes for a really bumpy ride. It’s great on smooth streets but on the sidewalk or even old streets it can be pretty bumpy. Not unbearable but definitely worth mentioning. But for the price it is a sacrifice I am completely ok with(which is why I still have it 5 stars). It also has a locking feature within the app that locks the tires on the scooter for added security, which I really like. Great for reminding in a store to pick up food or something. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a commuter scooter to get to work or just around the neighborhood.

After using this VOLPAM electric scooter for a few days, I am thoroughly impressed and can confidently give it five stars. It has completely transformed my daily commute and weekend errands. The 350W/500W motor is no joke. It provides a surprisingly powerful and smooth ride, easily handling the inclines in my neighborhood. Reaching the top speeds of 19/22 mph is seamless, making my trips both quick and enjoy. The solid tires are a game-changer. I never have to worry about punctures, and the maintenance is virtually zero. Paired with the dual braking system, I feel completely in control and safe, even when needing to stop suddenly. Okay out the gate I like it. I've had it for about a month at a daily commuter for 8 miles round trip. Shipping was annoying as USPS claimed a delivery but I didn't receive it or any information where it was. Waited a tense 72 hours and finally it showed. Not Amazon or Volpam's fault just be aware of this possibility. I simply cannot get the app to connect to my phone. I don't know if it's incompatable with my year old Moto G 5g or what but I wanted to reduce the speed settings to save battery and could not. This tops out 2 mph lower than what is displayed as I have a speed radar sign on my main street I take daily and it's always showing 15mph when it's displayed 17mph on the scooter. The initial settings are set lower than maximums for Eco, D, and OD... Not too big of a deal for me because I'm taking it a long distance and want to save battery but I did want to feel it at full power. I get about 9 miles on a single charge going on OD at 15mph and I'm 200lbs (with a slow reduction in speed as the battery nears half charged) for general information. I love the suspension. I like pneumatic tires for comfort but I ride so much that on other scooters they got nails and screws and went flat. With the suspension it's much more comfortable of a ride with the honeycomb tires. I'm worried about the latching mechanism as it's plastic and I'm carrying it upstairs every day, but, it's still doing good. The quick release folding mechanism is great for quickly folding it up. It's not sticky like other scooters. Just a single button push. All in all 4 stars.
