  • Opens a whole new low carb alternative to traditional pizza - wow!
Really? I mean do I really need another kitchen gadget? YES! OMG, stuffed waffles are the next level of enjoyable eating. And low carb too - say what? Yep. Not low calorie so don't go wrong thinking that, but for making stuffed waffles that end up with a super low Net carb count, totally worth getting this amazing gadget. And I, like many who have purchased this gadget, also watched Steve of Perfect Keto on YouTube and had to give this thing and his recipes a try! From there your only limits are your eating lifestyle and your imagination. I don't do dairy - so I had to tweak a recipe to work for my needs - after making the original recipe for my daughter and stuffing it with little balls of mozzarella cheese. She loves her newfound pizza option. And I stuffed mine with cashew cream cheese and, oh man, so happy to also have a pizza option that is delicious (to me). Okay, so how hard is it to use? Not at all. As with all new things there is a small learning curve and developing a comfort zone - that comes after making about two stuffed waffles. You do learn that you are actually making about 8 of the daisy waffle maker (or eggo frozen) sized waffles, plus whatever you stuff them with. You also have to learn what works good as stuffing - all pre-cooked things, cheese works amazingly well, and cream cheese comes out pretty darn good too. Some stuffing items can cause the batter to not cook fully, but that's a trial-and-error thing (as is with most try it as see types of cooking). Never use raw meats as they won't cook and ruin your batter too. With mine, the ring thing doesn't sit flat on the maker, so I quickly learning that when I fill the base I have to press down on the ring for a few seconds and then the batter cooks just enough to hold it in place and I can continue to stuff and fill it, close it, and then flip it, wait about 8 minutes and it's done. Not many stuffings required longer times (nothing over 9 minutes). Cheese in the batter does make the batter cook dark and almost looks burnt, but that's the nature of the cheese. I find if I go for a lighter cooked batter that in inside doesn't fully cook to my liking. Different batters cook a different color. You will need to slip a spatula under a well stuffed - waffle to insure it doesn't break as you lift it and move it to a cooling rack - a must do step, to allow it to firm up as it cools a bit. Then slice it and eat. I've found a half of a stuffer works perfect for me - as that is really eating 4 mini waffles with stuffing. Of course, I can go overboard and eat the entire stuffed waffle and pretty much be full for the day. If you've been looking for an alternative for pizza or calzones, then give this a try and search YouTube for recipes and then use your imagination to get the flavor profile that suits your taste of what a pizza should taste like. I love diced pepperoni in the batter and stuffing it with non-dairy cream cheese. Oh my is that good to my mouth and brain, and super filling. And it's not super large, so fairly easy to find space to store this too. Great gift idea. Those strawberry and cream cheese stuffed waffles are fantastic! ... show more

  • Stuffler I love you!
This is something I really didnt think I needed. My husband saw a tictoc and got a little giddy about it. Out of love I ordered it for him. It was like Christmas when it was delivered same day. We have now been using it about a month. It does take some getting to know and recipe work but we use it so often a normal waffle is rarely ever on our minds. It is well worth the money! So many ways to make stuffed waffles and to whatever liking anyone would want...unless you are on a weightloss journey or not exactly a foodie. I am not a junk eater by any means but it sure is nice to have for a quick filling meal. Thank you stuffler! ... show more

  • Easy. Fun.
We make a lot of Waffles. We own several Waffle makers. We have a Waffle Party every year. So, when we saw this stuffed Waffle maker we were super excited. It's small and made of plastic and kind of cheap looking so we were concerned. I modified the king Arthur flour Waffles recipe by separating the eggs and fluffing the whites and folding them in. Following the instructions in the booklet, we stuffed them with one bread chicken patty each. Came out perfectly. it made 5 stuffed Waffles. there was some battery left over, not enough to stuff so took the ring off to make a regular Waffle. BIG MISTAKE. batter got all over the table and not in the maker. huge mess. Make sure that you keep the ring in no matter what you're making. The only drawback is that there is no built-in timer or indicator light. but you just set an external timer, follow the instructions and you're fine. it a great size. one Waffles is enough for each person. a great feature is that it stores upright, saving space. We really like this product. ... show more

  • It's good.
Not gonna lie I saw a tik tok video and made me want it. At first I was hesitant and had actually canceled it the first time but I was won over again the second time and I'm glad I got it. I can't get enough of it and of course I still go through trial and error but what surprises me is the fact that all I have to do is make one and I'm FULL. I'm still getting used to it but all in all it's great meaning Idont have much experience making waffles in general so this makes it so much easier although when the waffle is done outer edges are way too toasted to my liking but like i said i still need practice. THE ONLY THING is the fact that the middle part (the tongs that go in the middle) does not stay fully closed for one so the waffle mix gets out and also it seems to not fully stay down in the space provided. The slightest movement will have those middle tongs coming out and no matter what I do, it stay slight above the space provided. It is very annoying when you're making the waffles. All in all it's wasn't a bad purchase. For the time being I'm pleased with it outside of those small defects. ... show more

  • Highly recommend
I saw this product and to be honest was seriously on the fence. I already have a waffle maker and was hesitant to purchase another one because seriously how many waffle makers do you really need? Well I decided to do it and my husband just gave me that look..you know the one I’m talking about! It was delivered so the next day for family dinner I decided to use it to make dessert. I put my homemade apple pie filling in the center and it was a hit! I again used it for dessert and this time I put my cherry pie filling and mini chocolate chips in it and then topped with cool whip. It was delicious! It is super easy to use and also to clean. My one user error was not trusting the process and leaving the waffle in for the 10 min cooking time. I took it out early because it appeared done on the outside…yeah well not so much on the inside. Just trust the process. Also…when you are flipping the waffle maker over after filling it, do so gently. The grabber of the waffle..the piece that makes it deeper…the name is eluding me, can move if you grab it the wrong way and mess up your waffle so just be gentle. I am looking to purchase a second one! ... show more
