The only downfall is the cost of the pods. But if you're looking for a quality product to enjoy at home bar for your family and friends, I would recommend this product. And if you go to the website and you do auto delivery? You will get a discount on the products you buy going forward. And you also get coupons and emails regarding special offers for current customers.

Ok … I did a LOT of research before I purchased the Bartesian Professional series. Bought this from Amazon because the Bartesian website was sold out. Contacted Bartesian and they assured me that they partnered with Amazon, and the same warranty exists with the Amazon purchase. That was my first concern! I then toggled between … the regular cocktail maker (which was on sale) or the Professional series that was $200 more because of the sale. Overall, I selected the Professional series. I am glad I did. The bottles hold more capacity, and the water reservoir holds more water. And, to me, the design is much sleeker! Now the overall function? AMAZING! I do not drink at all. But my husband and friends do! It was so easy for me to prepare drinks for them. I have been told that some of the mixes do not taste exactly like a mixologist would make, but it was close enough. I guess it is all personal preference. I ordered a small fortune in capsules from the Bartesian website to have a variety. I also ordered the menu and the shaker (of which I was not that impressed with the shaker). I ordered drawers as well for easy access. I stacked them (and have a third one on the way). I put little rubber door bumpers/feet (ordered from Amazon the Neoera 3/8” cabinet door bumpers) on the feet of the drawers because they were a little slippery, and that held them in place. And I ordered every rimmer that they offered. From Amazon … I ordered from Amazon the Nifty Solutions spinning capsule pod holder to hold excess pods (see the photo inside the cabinet). Lastly I ordered Yesland 500 count cocktail picks 4 3/4” from Amazon and they are stylish and disposable (those are in on the right in the photo with the god balls on top. For garnishes, I ordered small food storage containers with locking lids to keep the items fresh. After reading many of the reviews on line, I was concerned about leaking and damaging countertops. So I put a mat underneath the machine just in case … I needed peace of mind, and no one even knows the difference. This machine was a party hit over the holidays, and my husband can come home and make a mixed drink with ease. I would highly recommend this product for every household. And that comes from a non-drinker, but a expert hostess!! I hope this helps someone, as the reviews that I read certainly helped me!

The media could not be loaded. Hello everyone! So far the machine has been working amazing but only problem I have is that when you lift the handle to put the capsule it falls and doesn’t stay in the open position. Need to work this out with customer support see how they can fix or replace this problem. Other than that Spot On! The drinks are phenomenal. The flavors are so great. The amaretto sour is a must. I’ve had millions all across the world clubs, top resorts everywhere, and this one surpasses them all. Truly phenomenal a little video for fun.

It only worked for a couple of weeks. It needs constant cleaning and maintenance to keep it functioning. I thought buying the more expensive version would make it more reliable, but it constantly breaks, which ruins the expensive capsules and it makes a mess everywhere. Customer support was not helpful, they told me to clean it, which we have been doing constantly. I should have returned it immediately, this was an expensive mistake.

We hesitated in purchasing this on Black Friday. We don’t drink much and didn’t want an excuse to start drinking more. Fast forward to 12/29, the lull between the holidays. We decided we should host NYE at our house. I placed the order for the Professional model since it was the only one with 2 day shipping. Party moved up from 8PM to 5PM. At 4:45 the box was on my porch. By 5:00 the machine was plugged in, filled and pumping out cocktails by 5:00PM. I didn’t even read the instruction manual. It is so easy, so yummy and worth every penny! We had Old Fashioned and Great Gatsby co lcktails to ring in 2025!

So much fun to use! The quality is great. It's built very sturdy and great materials. It's much bigger than a regular keurig machine so be ready to take a big spot up. The drinks mix and taste good. Now when I say pricey I mean the pods are very expensive you get 8 pods for about 25 bucks. Aside that it's fun and easy to make mixed drinks.

I would like to give the Bartesian Professional 5 stars but the instructions are woefully lacking. I wasted over an hour and three of the very expensive pods because the machine would not dispense the water. Instructions weee followed to the T and I got nothing. I tried different pods thinking maybe there was something wrong with a pod. The instructions said to clean the bar code on the pod and the barcode reader. I did but with no result. The Capsule was then leaky so I had to use another. After also cleaning all the containers and the pod needles I tried another and still nothing. Then I decided to look for advice on the internet since Bartesian customer support is only effective for east coast residents (Mon-Fri, closing at 4 pm ET, which is only 2 pm for MY and 2 Pm for PT). There I learned what the instructions SHOULD have contained but do not: You MIGHT need to try the step one priming 7-10 times. After I did that, I finally got a cocktail and it was actually very good. I was actually ready to put it back in the box and return it before I learned this tip on the internet. However now, I find the cocktails are actually very good and I am looking forward to trying all the various, and there are many, different cocktails.
