  • Absolutely Worth It – Power, Performance, and Easy to Use! Absolutely Worth It – Power, Performance, and Easy to Use!
I don’t usually write reviews, but this pressure washer deserves it. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed. Setup was super simple—took me less than 10 minutes and I was ready to go. The power is seriously impressive. I used it on my driveway, patio, car, and even the siding on my house, and everything came out looking brand new. It blasted away years of dirt, grime, and mildew with ease. I also appreciate the multiple nozzle attachments—it made switching between jobs really convenient. The hose is a great length, and the unit itself is lightweight but sturdy, easy to move around without tipping. Noise level is reasonable, and it didn’t leave me feeling drained after a long session. If you’re looking for a reliable, powerful, and user-friendly pressure washer, this one is a no-brainer. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Really worth it? You decide
Folks I was looking for specific things in a new pressure washer. 1-Self Priming (Could have sworn RUFUS said it was...it is not) 2- Hose Reel (Well I can't figure this "hose reel" out...many pictures already show the lack of success others have had...got to hand feed inch by inch and still end up not really working. But does work as a power cord reel. 3- Adjustable power- Yes the power is adjustable from Min to Max and I can see the difference. Don't need anything too strong for the cars but the stone/cement does need MORE POWER. 4- 33 ft hose will get me a full three-quarters around my SUV. The 50 ft cord on my old tool got me all the way around...guess I can buy a longer hose because the fitting on this unit are standard. New hose will not kink...unlike the rubber black hose included. 5-4 wheels ( or a wide base) so I can pull it around the yard to do the house. Well I did buy the same 2 wheel upright model I already had...the price seemed right for the other perks. Now some extra bonuses. This pressure washer is very light weight (and small-ish). So just trying to un-kink the hose it would fall over...several times. Two of those falls, the hose reel snapped apart, but it does snap back in place a little too easily. The nozzle/gun holder slides out easier than pulling out the nozzle/gun. The noise level is very low compared to my 10 yr other pressure washer. Cleaning the car was not an issue at the minimum setting and cleaning the walkway at MAX with a 15% tip worked also. I could still put my hand in the stream at the MAX setting...might have to buy a gauge to measure actual pressure. Setup was a snap and quick. Like I said the hose fittings are standard and you get replacement O-rings. I had no leaks what-so-ever (unlike my old unit). WOW..the soap suds were thick and really clinged to my car nicely. BUT I was using my own soap dispenser with it's own tip. I did see the difference this unit made. The fact that it would not prime itself (had to run the water out the nozzle to get it to run) has me looking for other models that do...so I might be returning this. The joke of a "HOSE REEL" isn't funny...hoping someone will post a video of how to keep both ends connected and not make a birds nest when using the reel. But maybe I could use it as a power cord reel. It's cheap, feels cheap and have very low expectations of it lasting long at all. Especially at how easy it falls over. Make your own decision but I hope this helps. OH, almost forgot, I could still feel the vibrations from the nozzle/gun in my arms the next day. Did get fatigue while using it, again when washing my car. Does still mean more power? Weak hose? Bad gun and nozzle? But how will this affect the lifespan of this unit? ... show more

  • False advertising. NOT 5000 PSI. Underpowered!
This pressure washer puts out nowhere near the 5000 PSI that's advertised. I ordered this to replace a 3400 PSI craftsman gas pressure washer that had run it's course and thought I could use the additional power that this unit advertised. It absolutely does not live up to the advertised rating and doesn't even come close the the power of the 3400 craftsman. Pros: -If you're looking for a very light duty pressure washer for vinyl siding or plastic lawn chairs or kids play toys then this unit will fit your power needs. -It is such low pressure that it is easily controlled with one hand. -The unit is very light and takes up much less space than a gas unit. -The quick connect lance is a nice feature that is better than the traditional screw on type. Cons: -It is drastically underpowered and strggles to clean smooth patio stones and concrete walkways. In order to clean the smooth stons and concrete, I had to have the nozzle less than two inches from the stone which meant it took much longer to clean then ususal. As a tall guy, I had to bend over to get the nozzle that close to the ground. -It failed miserably at cleaning a stone retaining wall where the bricks are not smooth and have texture. It also could not remove bug splats from my winshield. It could not even rip through the leaves of the Hosta plant that lines my walkway. My old pressure washer would destroy any leaves it touched. -The entire unit feels extremely cheaply made. I don't anticipate it being very durable or lasting the 15-20 years of my prior unit. If this was advertised as a 1500 PSI (or so) unit then I'd probably give it a much higher rating. However, advertising this as 5000 PSI is dishonest and false. ... show more

  • Average power, good machine
Update: The company responded promptly to a question I emailed. They explained that this unit is double insulated, and therefore does not require a gfci block at the end of the plug.. I googled that response, and it seems accurate, so that’s good. I remain very skeptical of the 5000 psi report. Perhaps there are different ways of measuring and reporting psi - and they are talking advantage of that to claim a better number than is typically used in the industry. I believe the pressure is on par with the average electric pressure washers - about 2000 psi. I did use unit extensively for Mother’s Day cleanup. It worked fine, motor did not sound stressed, and motor responded very quickly to the trigger button - giving me pressurize water the moment I wanted it. Old review: This unit does not have a gfci built into the plug like other electric pressure washers I have seen. The unit’s own manual says it does. So I am concerned . I have contacted company. I’m also very skeptical of the 3000 to 5000 psi rating. Based on two other washers I have, I think this one is about 2000 psi, maybe less. I find it interesting that the box, machine, and manual do not list the psi anywhere. I came back to this site to check the advertised psi because I was wondering why I had chosen such a weak unit. ... show more

  • Not easy to connect hose.
Went together with ease, for the most part. It is very difficult to attach the hose to the machine. I spent an hour, 30 minutes with each end of the hose to connect the machine. No go. Connected easily with the wand. The machine still not connected. They should have used quick connect ends.

  • Impressed by quality!
Impressed with this pressure washer. Tested it on my car and it does so well I did not expect it to be this good. Washes off dirt and things that are stuck and need scrubbing.. the pressure is awsome! It is easy to set up and use the instructions are easy to read and understand. Love the compact design and it’s easy to move around and does not take up a lot of space. Great price for this item and the fact that it comes with four nozzles. Will be cleaning my house next and looking forward to it. Highly recommend this pressure washer to friends and family! ... show more

  • Awesome unit and company here
I bought this last year and have used it several times for car washing. It was excellent the whole time. Something did end up going wrong with it and the pressure stopped as the motor was still making noise as if it was trying to work. I messaged the company and without any hesitation they have sent me a brand new unit. It arrived very quickly and seems to be an updated model. Not sure what happened with the old one but the customer service was top notch here and I assume this newer model will perform as well as the last one. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for taking care of the customers. It means a lot. ... show more

  • KInd of good but the reel is not truly functional without some sort of trick handling.
THis is my 3rd electric Power washer in 8 years. THey do the job I need done which is power wash patio, , clean garage floor in spring, and spray down outide window and clean screens. Will do my wheels on cars too. I expect this one will be similar to the others, seems a bit more powerful in cleaning patio on the 15 degree nozzle. Only hang up I have is I cannot figure out how to get the hose reel to work easily, where when done you just roll it up, both ends attached, in a minute or so. This reel does not hold either end of the hose in place. The other ones had the water flow line from the motor built in to the reel, and I connected the sprayer and its hose to that. Which on the one that just broke after 3 years sprung an unfixable leak . I wrote support earlier today to see what the trick is. If they make lemonaid out of this lemon aspecct, I wil be a pretty happy camper. UPDATE AFTER USE: three issues-the hose cannot be just rolled in because there is no attachment to the reel. One of the video reviews points that out and its a problem. Messy and a waste of time. The second issue is that the pressure is no different than my 2 older ones, if anything its less. Third issue is I sent their customer service a question this 10 days ago, no answer. Frustrating. I think this unit has been discontinued. So perhaps if buying a lower end unit you might consider one with a real reel. Returning it is a pain in the neck, so I will probably make the decision to keep it, It does a decent job. Unrolling the hose and rolling it back up manually by wrapping around the unit is messy and the hose gets tangled up. And custormer service is a questionmark. ... show more
