    • It works but has some issues
It pushes the boat around great when it actually works. But there are alot of problems with it. It's super loud for an electric motor, there is no fan to cool the motor while it's in use so it overheats several times. It kills the 48v battery after a couple hours of fishing so make sure you have a trolling motor on a 12v battery to get you back. The cruise control works once in a great while when it decides to and sometimes the motor runs backwards and you have to unplug the wires and plug it back in several times to get it to run the right way or just use the reverse to go forward. This could be a great motor if they spent some time fixing the issues that seem common for this motor. I'd pay a little more for it if I knew I wouldn't have to deal with the issues ... show more
