I have no idea where the generally high ratings for this product come from. First of all, what they call "instructions" are the worst I've ever seen in my years of assembling similar products. If you lack far superior intuitive ability, you will never be able to assemble it. The guidance is virtually useless. The product is almost entirely plastic, and of generally poor quality. The advertised developed pressure and flow rates are both wildly exaggerated. The "foam cannon" is small and virtually useless, and the pressure hose "winder reel" is a total waste. That being said, IF the user can get it to work (I did, eventually) it does a mediocre job -- but based on its generally poor quality, I hold no hopes for it to continue working for long. If I wanted to take the trouble to disassemble this unit, I would have returned it. Also, although I have no way of proving my suspicions, all the similar units in the price range appear to be about the same -- perhaps with different ridiculous names and/or colors. The unit is cheap to purchase -- but no value for the price. Caveat Emptor! ... show more
