I've tried other powered wheelbarrows, but this one is a keeper. The others I ended up returning because they either didn't work well or died an early death. Each year I spread 20 yards of mulch and half of that of mulch is up a good sized hill. This thing came in a beat up cardboard box. I expected to find it bent and dinged, but it was in good shape. The assembly wasn't too bad. Some holes didn't line up easily and required some leverage etc. but it went together pretty easily. This thing is heavy by itself. but it hauls! The distance between the handles was way too far. I ended up bending them so it was more ergonomic. Originally it was an uncomfortably large span. The other minor annoyances, the handles could be a little longer, i keep hitting my feet on the stand. The wheelbarrow doesn't empty fully when tipped forward, requiring you to scoop the contents out. On the plus side, it works really well. It handled the hill with absolutely no problem, even on wet grass. It powered over obstacles time and time again. It has a good top speed, even pulling me along later in the day. The reverse is handy too, the "throttle" works easy enough. The included battery lasted for about 2.5 hours. Don't depend on the led to let you know when to change the battery, once it's red you're done. Buy a second battery if you're planning on using it all day. I did and it was perfect, one charged while working, allowing me to work all day without interruption. Super Handy lived up to its name!

I bought this about 2 months ago, and in that time I have moved approximately 2-3 tons of fill, 1.5 tons of limestone sand, 2 tons of gravel, and about a yard of top soil. This thing powered through all of it like a champ. I got the wheelbarrow ahead of this project in our yard knowing that I would have to move all of this material across the yard (and up a small hill), and it would have been incredibly painful to do with a normal non-powered cart. Some notes: 1. I bought a second battery out of the gate, and although each battery lasted me at least 4-5 hours of heavy use, it was nice to be able to swap them out and always have one charging (I never ran them together). 2. Assembly was easy, no issues at all. 3. You will occasionally have to tighten up the bolts on the handles, not a big deal. 4. The black bar on which it stands is kind of low, so you have to lift the handles up a little more (especially when you are walking up a steeper slope), and this transfers some pressure to your shoulders and forearms... I read some folks have attached wheels to that bar, but i have just let it drag on the ground when going up a slope (might put some skis on it at some point so its a smoother ride) 5. This things has really stood up to the gravel, sand, dirt... the powder coating has held up well. I put some green tape on the lip so I wouldn't scrape it all up when emptying it. 6. This is the cheapest option I could find anywhere (gas or electric). Honestly, just an amazing thing that saved my arms, shoulders, back... Love it. p.s. don't buy the packaged deals.... I ordered this with a hanging extension cord, and that never came... just kind of hung in "waiting to be delivered status". I ended up cancelling it.

I have been using this wheelbarrow literally everyday for a year now. I use it to haul manure from our horse corral down a small hill and back up. It has held up well. It does the job as expected. I would ding it on its ergonomics. Handles are a bit wide but tolerable. Stand that is on the bottom back of the wheelbarrow gets constantly kicked depending on how I tilt the wheelbarrow. All that said it is workable for everyday use. The other ding is battery life. Especially in the winter I only get 3 or 4 days of use. Two batteries is a must. Much better in the warm summer. Overall I would recommend this product.

I have been using this wheelbarrow for two years now. When I first received it, the electronic drive controller was not working. I called the company and they shipped me out a replacement right away. Since that time, it has functioned flawlessly. I use it in my wooded areas to help move wood that is cut up from downed trees along with moving other heavy objects, etc. Sine Helene hit in western NC, the unit has been used a lot. It has been a game changer for me. Being older, moving heavy loads in a traditional wheelbarrow has been proving much more taxing on me. Having the SuperHandy wheelbarrow has made all that much more easy. It drives heavy loads across wooded land with ease. I have had no problems with the tires. No punctures. Plenty of traction. The battery life is great. I can go hours on just one battery charge even though I have two of them. The gearing is just right. It starts off slow so you can maintain control as you start out then speeds up to your desired pace. The reverse feature is very helpful. It has plenty of torque and pulls up pretty steep inclines with ease. All in all, highly recommended!

Love the wheelbarrow, but the battery after 40 days is DEAD!!! it will not charge any longer. I'm so unhappy with this issue. I use my wheelbarrow to clean up after 3 horses and have 1/2 acre to clean up. Now I'm back to manual wheelbarrow. I have no way of contacting anyone for a replace battery or charger...UGH.

I had put about 30,000 pounds of rocks around my landscaping using 5-gallon buckets but had to basically do a 360-degree circuit to get to the back yard....all up hill. I had another 5 tons delivered as "starter" for the back yard and between the +90-degree heat and the long uphill walk there was no way the one-man bucket brigade was going to make it. So, I stumbled across this and ordered it and another battery. All I can say is that it was a life saver (mine). I probably didn't need the extra battery as they charge pretty quickly and can work longer without a break than I can. I just wish I would have ordered this at the outset, as it probably would have added a couple of years to my life. This thing is a beast! Once it cools down, I'll order another 2 tons of rocks and finish the back yard. With the dry spells we have been having the last couple years, this thing could probably do the whole yard, and I'll never cut grass again.

I bought this for my husband in 2021. It was kept in a dry storage shed and used very little. We recently gave it to friends who have property because we are no longer doing heavy gardening. It was easy to use, held a lot of soil, and seemed to be a good value. My husband is very careful with Li-Ion batteries and never stored it with the battery. He brought the battery inside, where it was temperature-controlled. He also never charged it when he wasn't in the same room. Today, a fire started that spread to our friends' shed and burned the entire shed and the items stored in it. The fire department asked her to contact us to get the information about the wheelbarrow. I don't know if our habit of storing it without the battery helps for safety, but please don't leave it unattended and connected. I have photos of the fire. However, I didn't get my friends' permission to post them.

I bought this self-propelled wheelbarrow to haul dirt into our garden to fill our new 12" & 18" high raised-bed garden beds. It was exactly what the doctor ordered as I was able to use the self-propelled action to drive through several inches of pea gravel and then up to the side of the raised-bed. The angle & height of the wheelbarrow was perfect and I was able to dump the dirt right over the edge of the 12" beds. For the 18" beds, we made ramps by pushing the gravel against the bed and then drove right up to the edge to dump it. The SuperHandy allow us to move 14.5 tons of dirt in two days with minimal effort (much better than expected). It was very easy to operate with thumb/finger controls for fwd/reverse & speed. The only issue I ran into was that the speed level on the right side was too loose. I discovered the hex adjustment was under the label and I was able to tighten it down with ease. I bought an extra 4 mAh battery to complement the included 2 mAH battery but probably didn't really need it. The 2 mAH battery would last longer than I could keep shoveling dirt, so I never fully drained it. Overall, it was a perfect purchase for this project. Now, I just wish I had something else to use if for since I can't leave it outside (i.e., electric system & rain don't mix well). I'll probably end up selling it since I expect to use my garden & trailer for most routine hauling around the yard.
