Exactly what I needed to mount my Blink doorbell. Installation was easy and straightforward. They even included the necessary screws. I would definitely recommend using this if you’re installing the doorbell on Dutch lap siding. Installation is solid with no issues

Perfect! Easy to install on 4" Dutch lap siding. My door bells are white and my siding is white, and these black mounts aren't noticeable.

Make sure you have 4 inch wide Dutch siding
You have to make sure that you have 4-in Dutch Styles siding. Mine apparently is a little bit wider so the base didn't exactly fit where it was supposed to. However, the way it is designed I was still able to get a very straight and secure and solid fit on the siding itself so for that alone I give it four stars. Just trying to screw the Bink mount base alone through the siding was rather loose. With this mounting piece, it is very solid. I am sing it the way it was not designed but it worked out very well for me.

Good product needs adjustment for permanent wiring in new models
Only available option I could find for Dutch lap siding, and it worked perfectly. The only recommendation I would make is realize that for the new blinks you have to file out the hole to put in a permanent charging cable. If you feed one through the wall, it’ll be nice if it they left That hole in their 3-D printed model, but it definitely worked for Dutch lap siding and looked good.

Great Product
Installed easily on my Dutch Lap siding, with the new Gen Blink doorbell. Much better than trying to “flush mount” the regular Blink mounting plate.
