THIS IS THE BEST BUNKIE BOARD EVER!! We put it on my son’s bed and the first night he slept with it under his mattress, he woke up w/no back pain!! He needs more support than these newer slatted frames provide (even though the slats are close together, it’s not enough support for ANY adult!) You def need a bunkie board unless you have a high dollar mattress that’s at least 14” deep. If ur mattress is 10-12” YOU NEED ONE OF THESE IN YOUR LIFE. His mattress wasn’t cheap but, we thought he needed a new one. Thank God we decided to try the MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE ALTERNATIVE & MAKE THIS PURCHASE!! His back no longer hurts and this one product has made all the difference. It was easy to put on, took no true effort or skill whatsoever. It’s stable, durable and it definitely purchase on for myself but I have a frame that lifts the head and feet of my bed so I need one in 3 pieces horizontally & I hvnt seen any of those yet. Oh, and there was zero odor associated with the product which is also very impt. •I paid full retail price for this product w/no promos or coupons! I’m light weight and I was able to lug it upstairs solo. It was easy to open and install in minutes (not counting my struggle to lift my mattress). I like how this is plastic instead of mdf so I feel that it will last and not distort over time. I picked one that was three instead of four panels wide on purpose as it’s the middle that bows in my bed. Because it’s segmented, at the end of the day the mattress is still sloping a bit but it is a noticeable improvement and I’m happy with the fit and results. The nonslip cover seemed to be of good quality. It didn’t look like a cheap product - which is good because it wasn’t cheap compared to other options.

Things of note about this particular product: The sizing is exact -- it fit perfectly inside the lip of the frame. The silicone beading on the frame side actually really works -- no slippage whatsoever (it stays put). The divided parts of the board (there are only two on the twin size) cross the board horizontally instead of vertically (as in other products) which means that the heaviest weight (hip area) is sitting on actual board and not on a split in the board (MUCH more stable). And the packaging/paperwork that comes with it is just delightful -- this seller REALLLLLY appreciates your purchase.

If you are looking for a bit more support for yourself while sleeping, especially if you purchased a style of bed with the wire bottom type frame, well this is your key to do so. The bunkie board offers a stronger support for you to feel more comfortable. It does not take away from the comfort of your bed at all. The size of the product is just as the size of the bed. The thinness of the product does not make bed unmanageable for making it or having the bed above the grid of the bedframe. It is light and easy to move about. I personally feel more comfortable than just trusting the bed frames that are made with just crossbars. I would recommend if you just want that extra safety.

This product changed my life! Sounds dramatic but so true. My bed had issues…. The bed itself, purchased from Rooms to Go, only came with ineffective slats spaced far apart so my mattress sagged between each one and completely collapsed at the corners. I purchased this Bunkie Board as I thought it would be the easiest to get upstairs (I’m in my 60’s and live alone) and get under my mattress. After too many nights of terrible sleep, the Bunkie Board solved my problems!! I carried it upstairs and was able to slide them (comes in two parts) under my mattress without having to completely lift it up. I’m so happy with my purchase. Very stable, simple to “assemble”…. The panels just fold and unfold. Thank you Bunkie Board for understanding simplicity is best!!!!
