The chair is firm and comfortable as long as you aren't looking for a super-soft feel. It actually looks and feels much like an auto racing seat with lots of support. It is not a cushy chair, however. Since I sit a lot doing IT work and coding, I think it's going to work well since it has so much back support. The one point that could be improved is the mechanism that raises and lowers the armrests. While it functions fine, no matter what height you set the armrests, they wiggle loosely on their Z axis. I think it would be much nicer to have the tolerances for the height adjustment be less, so the armrests would be more stable at each height and not so floppy. The unfortunate issue is that the back massager that was included with my chair did not work at all. I tried it with several USB ports I have at my desk and got nothing. I suspect an issue inside the switch housing, since the motor connections both look good (it features two motors). The power switch does nothing despite trying the massager unit with several different USB power banks. Bummer. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement lumbar pad with a working massager unit installed inside. I'm happy with the service they provided on this issue.

with all the zoom meetings at home this year, I sit on the chair way too much and was looking for something that let me lean all the way back and relax while having my camera off in these meetings, and i tumbled on these new gaming chairs. It's hard to choose what chair to go with so I went with design and function Pros: I like the color of the chair and that it can recline so I picked it. when i actually sit on it, i liked it more. The cushion is definitely thicker than my regular office chair and even better than the one at work. beautiful blue and black color that fit with my room. The leg rest is an A+. I was worrying that it will be weak and would break under the weight of my legs, however, they are very strong, sliding in and out super easy. the lumbar support massager is great. I typically put a pillow there on my regular office chair, but with this I don't have to adjust anything. The chair reclined all the way down to almost flat. Great for a quick nap in the middle of the day. Cons: the back massage vibrator is good to help alleviate some tension, but it's not super strong and the cable keeps catching onto the wheel so I did not use that function at all. There is a pouch under the cushion for the cable storage and I thought it's very smart Overall, the chair is sturdy and easy to assemble. Would be a good choice for home office or game room

Bought last week. To begin with, the delivery option said free delivery in 8-12 days and it was delivered in 2! Maybe it was luck, maybe not. No tears or scratches. Took 30 mins to assemble. The tools are included. It's comfortable. The pillows are a good feature. The recliner is awesome. The foot rest is awesome but the support arms feel weak. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the first thing to break, but I'm 6'0, 250 lbs. with heavy legs. Overall happy with the product so far. I got 5 years out of my last chair that was half the price until it taco'd from under me without warning and I went from playing my game to laying on the floor in 2 seconds lol

I had purchased a new chair at the beginning of the pandemic to work at home and it was working OK until about a month ago. I had been sliding out of the previous chair and the padding on the seat was shrinking and my posterior felt it every day. I also couldn't move the arms down, but could move them up about 6 inches, which, HUH? Thought I'd try a gaming chair. Got it and put it together over the weekend, pretty easy to do with 2 people. Love the footrest and massaging part!! It's nice to have more back support and the arm rests are nice and low. My shoulder isn't hurting and that's a miracle. However, the seat itself is a bit hard. I put a seat cushion on it to help and it is better overall. It helps on those 9-hour work days. I also love the black/hot pink. Very rad! It's nice to have a higher back with a neck support pillow in case I want to lean back, and I can actually sit all the way back without feeling like a kid. Haven't actually gamed in it, but I'm sure the same issues would apply for long gaming sessions! Overall, a great chair for the money and comfort!

i had an old office chair before this one and it’s such an amazing upgrade. my posture was so terrible in the old chair but this one helps my back with the back pillow. the head rest is also a plus, along with the foot rest. at first i didn’t think i would use the foot rest but when i’m watching streams or movies i can just lay back in my seat. this seat a lot of sturdier as well, it’s not too soft and cushiony which i personally like bc the longer i sit in a soft chair the more my back hurts. you can even adjust the arm rest and the chair goes up pretty high, i’m 5’4” and i can’t touch the ground with my feet at the highest setting. i’m terrible at building things but i was able to build the entire chair myself, literally just screwing bolts in, super simple, only one page of instructions. this chair also came in like 4 days which is so fast. 10/10, i’m hoping this chair lasts me a long time bc i love it.

The chair is comfortable when the cylinder holds the seat up. However, it says it can handle a maximum weight of 330lbs. I am only 240lbs, and the cylinder will not support my weight. I have only owned the chair for about 10 months and it already went bad. Without the support of the cylinder, it feels like sitting on a rock.

This “gaming” chair is very comfortable. Bought it for my home office. The lumbar support is great with the adjustable pillow placement. I haven’t used the vibration feature though. That’s not a feature I really care about. The reclining goes super far back. Makes me a little nervous to be honest but it is pretty stable. More impressive- the gears are metal and pretty hefty. Other than that, it comes in a TON of pieces but is pretty easy to assemble and the instructions seem to be pretty good ( I didn’t use them). I would recommend this chair for gaming or home office.
