So far it's comfortable enough. I needed an actual back that doesn't slope away like on the standard cheap chairs so in that sense it was worth the money. It took about 2 hours to put together; with a helper it would probably go faster--there are a LOT of parts, though. There are features that are kind of useless, though, and it brings down the rating for me. The arms are basically nonfunctional--they need to be at least an inch higher to function as arms if you are an adult, average-size male. I'm only 5'10 and can't rest my arms flat on them, so ergonomically they're without function and they just take up space. The neck pillow would be great if they had expended the small amount of money and effort to make the straps adjustable. Since they are not, the pillow sinks to the bottom of the holes and therefore won't connect with my neck unless I literally use my neck to hold it it up. It's a dumb design flaw. Equally dumb for something advertised as supportive of heavier people is the "wings" on the seat. They aren't hurting my legs *yet* but I can see how they will bother someone with thicker thighs than mine. Also, this is just a "recliner" chair. It does not rock at all or lean back as far as I can tell, so there's no leaning back unless you plan to stay leaned back. The vibrator on the lower back pillow is a gimmick but doesn't do enough to provide any real benefit or justify having a wire attaching the chair to a USB port. I'll update in a few months to comment on wear and tear and whatever long-term effects it has on my body.

I bought this gaming chair for my 10 year old son. He wanted a gaming chair that would make all his friends jealous and this chair 1000% fits the bill. It's really flashy with its red and black striping. It has a built in USB powered massage option which is a neat touch. The best part about the chair though is the functionality. He is currently home schooling thanks to COVID and spends a huge amount of time at his desk. The chair is much more supportive than his previous standard office chair and its stuffed with what feels like a spongy memory foam which makes it super comfortable for him to sit in it long hours at a time. He really wanted looks.. but I want to make sure he's not sitting in something that will support his growing frame. Will easily accommodate even a large adult as the chair dwarfs him and it was super comfortable for both my husband and I to sit in. Highly recommend for gaming teenagers tho that want something cool looking but will be supportive as well.

The media could not be loaded. My husband put this chair together by himself in about 30 minutes. It’s really comfortable, and adjusts for his height (6ft) and my height (5ft). The neck pillow can be detached. The lumbar pillow requires a USB plug to use the massaging function. It’s not very practical for my husband’s setup since the cord would be in his way. He just uses the lumbar pillow without the massage. The chair seems pretty sturdy and like it will last a long time.

Comfortable and well constructed. Relatively easy to assemble, even easier if you have your own tools. But ... the center pedestal support for the chair is not under you butt, it's behind it so one can recline without flipping over backwards. Unfortunately, that makes it easier to tip over forward if one sits on the edge of the chair or bends over to pick up a dropped pencil
