My sister referred this product to me after trying to find something to help keep her place clean and allergen-free for her children that started to develop allergies not only does this help and make things easier for her to clean she has used this product in ways that I never thought I would use them in, for instance, the mop attachment she uses to get to the top of her finished cupboards. My cupboards are not finished so I need to be a bit careful, But I use the steam to spray a light mist or steam a light mist of hot water on the cupboard and then use the microfiber pad to just gently wipe it away as opposed to applying the unit close to the unsealed and I'm finished painted cupboards that I have. I did not buy this for my cupboards though I purchased this to clean the tile on my kitchen counters and I am absolutely amazed at the job that this did my kitchen looks brand new not only does it look new it smells good and part of having an old house is trying to get rid of all smells and as I have worked meticulously through my house on a daily basis the Basic smell of the home as you come in is not as musty which is really great because normally when I have clean my carpets with vinegar and windows with vinegar it smells clean after two or three days but you have to smell vinegar for two or three days and with the steam cleaner I've used it on the windows I've used in the tub on the kitchen counters on the kitchen floor and even started using it To spot treat my carpet and then begin working on small sections of my carpet at a time and places where there has been dogs smell from accidents I put my nose right next to the carpet to smell it after two or three days and the smell is all but diminished now these are not saturated pet stains but my little dog had an accident I got majority Of the year and up right away but no matter what cleaners are used it's still had a faint odor if I would put my nose next to it and smell the spot but this unit has helped clean those areas to where there's hardly any smell at all. I can only use it for about an hour or so at a time if I am doing things that are chest height or shoulder height as my arm does get tired after a while from holding the unit but I like the weight of it so that I don't press too hard or scrub too hard on things that are not finished So it is a nice reminder in my old house to be gentle. However, it would be nice to be able to use it for more than just an hour at a time based on my limitations. This unit heats up extremely fast and is one of the key points that I like about it you open the top of the water and away you go and no matter what angle you have the unit even upside down this unit will still extract water needs to create the steam it is an excellent unit and I recommend it to everyone

I really like this product and the steam mop helps to keep my house clean. I don’t regret buying it, but it has some downsides. - Constantly pressing the steam button while cleaning is not very comfortable and the hand starts to hurt. - Also, I’m a bit disappointed with the grout tool. After using it on just 8 tiles, its bristles got totally melted and the tool was no longer good to use. The other tool - the green brush - didn’t melt, but its bristles got misshapen and it became less efficient in cleaning. - While using the small tools, they twist themselves loose. So I wish they were more securely attached and didn’t come off so easily. Because I need to be careful while reattaching them to not get burned, and it’s also disrupting the cleaning process.

The media could not be loaded. To each their own.. reading good and poor reviews. This is my experience.. having used standard floor steamer before. I wanted something more versatile that could do more than just floors... I found it. Pro.. Piece of mind knowing everything is clean and steam sanitized. More than just doing floors.. Able to get grim off walls without damaging the paint finish. Steam clean around sink and facets were normal cleaning can not reach. I found it very easy to use and to handle - don't have an issue with its weight- just makes you use muscle lol. Like the hanging option to keep out of the way and neatly stored. Finally was able to get sticky grim off floor and window sills and counter tops normal cleaning would not remove. Have a fabric couch that had a funky smell. (Neighbor was getting rid of it .. it had been outside for a bit) . using foam resolve cleaner first then steaming...WOW.. Smell is gone!!!!! I have 4 cats, dog and bird. Cleaning bird cage is so much easier now with the power of steam and knowing all the nooks and cranies where his dander can collect is now clean.. help keep him healthier. Steam cleaning and sanitizing walls and base boards where litter pan is... awesome!. Con.. doesn't hold much water- if you have large area to clean must keep refilling. Having to manually hold the button for steam can be a nuisance, however, I like having the choice of stopping the steam when needed. Having hardwood floors...I don't mind that it doesn't put out a very powerful steam with the floor attachment..don't be fooled if you think there isn't enough steam...accidently got foot too close...ouch!!!! It is there!!!! Some people complained of streaking.. I have found that if you pull back slowly gives enough time to heat and clean the surface and allow to dry faster. I spray either Pinsol or Lysol cleaner first (properly diluted of course) go over to "mop" first then apply steam as final step.. Floors come out beautiful.. all those little paw prints...gone!!!! Very happy with this model. I know it states to use distilled water. However that is just an extra expense..I cannot afford to spend on so I use filtered tap water.. works just fine.

This steam mop is awesome! I own a small cleaning business and use this for my client cleanings. Bought on recommendations of other reviews I read. This mop gets tile and laminate flooring super squeaky clean. Would not recommend using on peel and stick tile, can remove it right off the floor. I also use the low steam setting for laminate flooring and don't use on wood. Can be a bit awkward to carry as it's a little top heavy. Great steam cleaner!
