Pretty simple. If i had known, i would have bought the TCKWP306AMRB kit instead of the TCKWP306AM, In the kit; The idler roller was Chinese The belt was USA/Gates The water pump was Canadian/Gates The tensioner did not have any visible branding or mark so i am assuming it was Chinese Again, not a bad kit. Best quality parts with Gates belt, metal impeller coolant pump, and OEM quality belt tensioner and tensioner pulley. The only thing you might complain about is the instructions .. they are terrible. You'd better have one of the excellent DIY walk-thoughs AND the Bentley service manual to take on this job. Better still some mechanical experience and aptitude or a coach/helper. ... show more

It fits perfectly on my VW Passat 2003. None of the parts were missing or broken. All pieces fit into car without resistance or issue. Would recommend for anyone with the Passat 2002 or 2003 they might need it. Also price is great!

Exactly what I needed to replace the timing belt and water pump. No issues, all went together pretty well. Quality looked good. It's been several months since I installed this kit so I cant comment on longevity yet.

    • Make sure to clean up surface area of the waterpump to prevent leaks.
Product is well done. Always need to be cautious on audis and durability of the part. Its been running strong since install. Would highly recommend this product.

    • Easy enough to install -- be patient
Instructions were pretty straight forward make sure you don't pull that pin until you have everything in position. This was my first timing belt and water pump replacement and I'm not a mechanic and it was fairly straight forward. Also replacing the water pump with a metal prop seemed like the best way to go since the previous plastic prop broke into multiple pieces. ... show more
