So far so good!! I’m very impressed by this machine’s lightweight design and wonderfully efficient cleaning power! I am 6 months pregnant and wanted something that would allow me to clean instead of having to have my husband do anything involving harsh chemicals. I was also concerned about using chemicals after her birth since we have two large dogs who track dirt and mud into the house on a fairly regular basis and -nothing- was getting the kitchen grout clean!! I know it’s early but I don’t want a grimy and germy kitchen floor to be a crawl surface for our new baby. Mopping the kitchen just got the surface dirt but the crevices were always missed and even got dirtier sometimes with surface dirt getting pushed into it further. The only method I’d had up until now was to get on my hands and knees with a scrub brush and scrub the grout by hand! This wouldn’t have been practical to do on a regular basis after our daughter comes so I was eager to address the issue sooner than later. This item has done a better job than the Shark Pocket Steamer that my mom let me try (I love my Shark vacuum but again had the same “surface dirt only” cleaning with the Shark steam mop in the kitchen) and it left behind a pleasant fragrance when I used the fragrance insert with just plain water. In about 2 and 1/2 hours I cleaned the kitchen floor, the bathroom, the windows, the mirrors, the baseboards in the kitchen, the microwave and even some of the kitchen and hallway walls where the dogs had brushed against them and made them smudgy. This thing really worked great!! I’m hoping this holds up as I’d read some bad reviews along with the good ones but so far have had no issues myself. I’ll update more if that changes. I included a video using the tip I’d read another purchaser used to make better use of the scrubbie attachment on the back base of the mop head which is what really did the trick (just be careful not to slip on the steamed floors while doing this as they can get slick!)! The photos are from the new white mop head after using it to clean just the kitchen which had already been vacuumed and recently mopped. Most of the dirt came from the grout but I was highly impressed! There is also a picture of the grout clean where I went over a section and the upper area to compare is from before I’d gone over it to show a comparison.

This worked all of 2 months and stopped working also no way to attach handle, no way to return because can't talk to anyone and they are now all out of stock, should have read previous reviews, all say they only work 2 months. This makes me mad, I don't have money to throw away, now have to hunt for a good one

I wasn’t sure how often I would use the steam mop, but it was love at first use. I find that I use all of the attachments for furniture, cleaning my car and other chores around the house more often than I thought I would.
