What a GREAT little scooter!! I'm in love with it:)...It runs very smoothly and I can hear the low murmur of the battery at its best! It was pretty simple to put together, although we noticed right away that two screws and nuts to attach one of the arms were missing. I contacted the Seller by email and received their reply within 24 hrs., as promised. They have sent a new pair of arm rest (although I only need the screws and nuts!). Anyway, the scooter is now ready for my next adventure. It does run at a fair speed and I was quite pleased with it, as well as the ease of folding it up and pivoting the back wheels into my car...a simple and fast loading! Much easier than the break apart in 5 pieces of my previous one. I have added a cell phone holder to the left handle as I always use my cell for directions, and it's a great help. The Seller has responded promptly, within the promised 24 hrs., to all my questions and requests for information. I'm extremely pleased! Let's hope it last...can't tell about it yet, as I have just received it. I do recommend wholeheartedly! UPDATE: I recently took a 2 week vacation, scooter along. Per airline regulations, was only able to have ONE battery on the scooter to take with me on the plane with my carry-on. It performed beautifully. All drivers (taxi, Uber) were impressed with the low weight of it, remarking that they all - to a one! - found it much lighter than any others handled in the past. That was my main concern with the previous scooter I had. It makes my traveling possible and super-easy!:)

This is exactly what I have been looking for - perfect in every way for my needs. 1. It was a snap to put together, unfold it, a few easy screws, charge the battery and that’s it. 20 minutes including charging time. 2. Took it for a 3 mile test drive and it worked perfectly. This included some pretty hilly terrain. And had plenty of battery left. You can read exactly how much battery is remaining on the dash. Driving it is easy and fun. Just set the speed you want (it has plenty of speed) and pull the forward paddle and away you go. Just release the and the electric break comes on and the scooter stops immediately. The left paddle is for reverse and the right is forward. 3. It has easy foldability. Just pull the red knobs on the back of the chair and push forward and the chair goes to the floor. Then loosen the knob on the bottom of the steering pole and pull back and that is it. It is now folded into a small package. 4. Next, I loaded into the back of my SUV. It weights around 50 pounds and you can make it even lighter if you remove the batteries. And if you want to make it even easier to load, just lift the front end in your car and then the back end so you are only lifting half the weight at a time. I am 82 years old and I had no problem at all loading it in my car. It is truly lightweight and at the same time, it is very well made. I rarely write reviews on products I purchase but this product meets all my needs; it is extremely functional and easy to use; its lightweight and its great folding quality makes it just what I have been looking for.

Great Scooter from Freewink! Assembly was super easy. I got this for my elderly mother, who cannot walk distances. It's lightweight compared to other much heavier models. I was able to fold it quickly and easily lift it into trunk of car. It worked great at the mall, and even had room for my little niece to hitch a quick ride. The battery lasted all day, we also took it to the park the same day and didn't have to switch to the back up battery that came with it. She's looking forward to using this everyday!

this scooter is light. easy to assemble just 2 screws and they supply the allen wrench! not hard to fold and the backrest is put on with velcro talk about simple WOW! 2 BATTERIES THAT ARE FLIGHT APPROVE AS WELL. SO, I WAS SOLD FROM THE BEGINNING...THE RESPONSE FROM THEIR ONLINE SUPPORT IS A QUICK. WE WILL ENJOY IT FOR A LONG TIME

Taking a star off because, it does handle all terrains, it doesn't do it that well. We have an uneven back yard and it gets stuck in some areas that are a bit lumpy. I also have trouble going from sidewalk to yard or over sidewalks that are uneven. Sometimes it feels like it is going to tip over. I do like the mobility it offers me but I have concerns about what I will do if I run into a really bad sidewalk. It is pretty light and my husband can load it in the car, which is a plus. Just don't expect you're going to take it out on a bike trail and not have some real challenges.

Great scooter for outings I weigh 188 and this scooter was able to get me up hills,through grass,dirt,speed bumps and gravel. The only negative for me was the speed. The battery life is chef kiss i have not needed to use the second one in the same day. The scooter folds up nicely and easy. The basket fell off looks like the screws that hold it in place got stripped. The seller responded promptly and sent me a new one.
