If only I can convince at least one person to get this ;) Checks off several key categories. 1) aesthetic - these look real nice, nice color 2) material quality - well built 3) performance - these things distribute heat well 4) ease of cleaning - you can’t use dishwasher- yet, they are pleasing to wash Wow these things do what they say. Things do not stick and you need minimal oil. These are a breeze to wash. Suggestion to you if you buy: hand wash with sponge, READ THEIR INCLUDED MANUAL. You need to read it to learn how to best make it last. Anything that you do not take care of will get messed up. Example: let this cool before running cold water on it.

After using these pots for over a month, we really like them. They cook evenly and are pretty easy to clean. My only complaint is last night while cooking rice in the pot, water boiled over, which left a stain on the outside of the pot. After the pot cooled, I tried cleaning it. After a little bit of scrubbing with a soft sponge, the green coating started coming off. Is there a way to get a replacement?

I was very pleased with my pans for the first week. I thought I had found the perfect set of pans, and I was so in love with them. They made cooking very enjoyable and easy, especially since I cook every day. However, not even 2 weeks in, the pans lost their nonstick ability, and I don’t know why. I hand wash them every time after use, and even cook with oil, but all of my food continues to stick, making cooking and clean up very difficult. Now it’s as if I’m cooking on worn pans that are years old, and cooking has become annoying rather than something to look forward to. I am very displeased with the product that I was once so happy and excited about.

I am so impressed with this set! Important to know- season these plans first, oil and low heat. Also, they conduct heat very well, so be cautious to not scorch your pans, I have not tried them on full heat, I haven’t needed to. Clean up very easy, and they are beautiful! I’ve used the more expensive brand of this type of technology and this performs just as well
