The treadmill gave error code E02 when we tried to use it for the first time. We carefully unboxed it and followed all instructions provided, made sure it was plugged into an appropriate outlet and when powered on it beeped a few times and counted down 3,2,1 and then showed the error code. Per the manual this is a motor issue. The company’s product support wanted me to take the thing apart to show them the motor and they would send a replacement part. At this point I just opted to return and refund it through Amazon as I had no interest in trying to follow a video to swap out the motor on a brand new walking pad that should have been functional. ... show more

The controller is not very good. It does have a slight incline if you use the legs. The treadmill is really quiet but the controller was a little difficult to do anything but speed up so it really only needs one button. It came with an extra battery for the remote. I received this treadmill on February 22nd. Started using it a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to wait to give it a fair review. I followed all the directions and lubricated the belt before use but I have to literally adjust the belt everyday! The belt shifts either left or right and it has to be centered every day.
