I purchased the ThermoLab Portable Sauna after a friend told me how great his was. I’ve been having difficulty sleeping due to tension in my neck, and being a PT I know that heat helps increase circulation allowing faster healing. The sauna (and trust me it gets hot!) allows you to sweat the toxins out of your body while relaxing you. It was super easy to assemble. It took me 10 minutes tops! I wasn't sure where I wanted to put it, and decided on the porch- it's so lightweight and portable that I can change its location as well as pack it away easily if I needed the space. I love the sensory lights and window so you don't feel claustrophobic. The heat is adjustable and is on a timer. I'm using my sauna to help me relax (as one would if taking a hot bath before bed). I pulled out some aromatherapy and put on some rain sounds while using it. I was so relaxed that I slept thru the night for the first time in months! What I didn't expect is how great my skin felt after opening up all my pores, so Bonus Points for soft skin! If you want to unwind while increasing your health benefits you can't go wrong with buying one. What’s there not to like? I always want to sit in the steam room at the gym but it’s always grimy and filled with a bunch of grimy dudes so now I’ve got my own at my house! For the price, it can’t be beat. Definitely warm inside this thing and achieves exactly what it’s intended for! Getting a sweat! I look forward to putting this thing to use when I get home from the gym everyday! Definitely a great alternative to the at home steam rooms that run thousands of dollars! And yes!! As an active person I’ve been on the hunt for a portable sauna. I already have an ice bath that I use weekly and wanted to add a sauna to my recovery. After lots of research I ended up getting this one and I am happy with my purchase! It arrived quickly, was very easy to setup and I was up and running in no time. I really liked that it came with a light and a chair which was actually a nice add. Cleaning and tear it down was just as easy, I’ve used this sauna everyday since I got it after my workouts. The media could not be loaded. Who knew! Ordering these types of things on Amazon can be hit or miss! THIS WAS A HIT! Super excited I can get sauna vibes at home and when I’m finished, I can store it under my bed! This thing gets HOT! 🥵 It takes a few minutes to get going once you’ve got it connected and plugged in but you’ll definitely start sweating profusely after sitting inside for a minute. I am an average size person and when relaxing either my knees or my back would be touching the sides. Which on a 40 °F day was not horrible, but anything colder, I would have lost some heat to the tent. I used this after a bike ride and was nice to relax.     • Amazing to use after working out!
The Thermolab Portable Sauna I received is great after a workout and I've seen some actual improvements to my overall health because of it. My chiropractor suggested visiting a sauna after workouts to help with some of the pains I've been getting worked on. Not only did it help with the aches and pains I get from working out, but I've noticed my skin seems better and I sleep so much better after a steam. It's been so nice that I've pushed myself in my workouts. The assembly was only 7-10 minutes, at most. The material seems to be of nice quality and the steam device with the remote control is simple to use. I think the light they give you is just okay, but I didn't expect much with the size of the sauna. Packing it up is as easy as the assembly as well, so it's truly portable if you wanted to take it with you somewhere. I haven't found the need yet, but its carrying case would come in handy to do so. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to keep healthy and in shape and needs help with recovery time. I find the older I get the longer sometimes recovery can be and this has helped me out and to push myself a bit more. A nice relaxing steam in a sauna is just what I needed and I'm glad this product was a perfect fit for that need in price, quality, and portability. ... show more
