The sauna comes from a water based system which is easy and convenient to fill up and get working. There are different timer settings as well as levels 1-15 for heat! I love this sauna! It works great. I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy it is. I would maybe recommend getting a red light to use the light up the space. Even though there is a window and it is roomy, it still can feel dark and closed in. Also, the chair sits pretty low. If you have knee issues, you may want to use a different chair. It was easy to set up. It's easy to move around. It's a great value for the money.

Personally this was an upgrade for me from my previous model of inhome affordable sauna. I’m so pleased. It fits in the corner. It’s not a pop up sauna thoe I want to really highlight that even thoe they don’t say that. Once up you have to but together with and take down which is not as simple as folding it up. With that in mind I still like it. Pretty easy set up. I only just wish the tub for the sauna was in a better place but even that’s not a deal breaker.
