I really enjoy this portable sauna. It’s easy to set up, heats up fast, and doesn’t take up much space. The heat helps me relax, eases sore muscles, and makes my skin feel softer after each session. I also like that it helps with circulation and gives me a good sweat to detox. It’s much more affordable than a regular sauna, and I love that I can use it at home whenever I want. I honestly didn’t know I needed a personal sauna until I got this, and now I’m wondering how I lived without it. Setup was surprisingly easy (took me about 15 minutes), and the foldable chair actually holds up better than expected—I thought it would feel flimsy, but nope, I was comfortable. The steamer heats up fast, and once you’re inside, it feels like a legit spa session without the $40 entry fee. I’ve been using it after workouts and it’s chef’s kiss for recovery—sweat pours out like I’m detoxing all the bad decisions I made in college. The size is also way better than those “sit-in-a-bag” style saunas. I can actually stretch my legs a bit, and I don’t feel like a trapped dumpling. Remote control works perfectly, which means I can dial up the heat without cracking open the door and losing steam. Pro tip: Put a towel on the floor inside to catch sweat and make cleanup easier. I was looking to get a sauna for longevity reasons. Apparently sweating out toxins is beneficial, as I would have expected. But also it seems sweating benefits cardiovascular fitness as well. Slightly surprising. I didn't get one for a while as I thought I didn't have the room in my house, and they're way too expensive. Well, looks like they solved these problems here! Get a sweat on, with minimum fuss! At the end of the day, you're just sitting in some hot air. lol So there's three major pieces of this. The Chair, The Box, and the Steamer. The Chair - Basically a nylon lawn chair. Good basic design. And you can use it a lawn chair as it comes with the travel bag! You can also just use your own chair. Although I would be careful with some wood chairs, they might not like the heat and humidity. The Box - Easy to put together. Even has a bit of insulation. But basically just keeps the heat in. It's portable so you can move it into a closet when you're not using it. I wouldn't use the sauna in a closet though. Seems like you would want some ventilation! The Steamer - This makes the heat. Even comes with a little remote (including battey). Seems to heat up pretty quick. One last surprising thing, I couldn't believe this ships in a box as small as it does. I guess it's like furniture that you put together, very efficient for shipping. Very good value for the price!

The sauna works amazingly well. It heats quickly, generating steam in 8-10 minutes. The zippers are hardy, and the tenting is sturdy and formidable, holding the damp heat nicely. It’s a simple affordable luxury.

We have had our pikulLA Portable Sauna for a little over two weeks now. We have enjoyed it immensely. It was a snap to set up. It took our 16 year-old about 30 minutes to take the sauna from the box to functional. It has worked flawlessly. We have used it almost once a day since its arrival. It is easy to operate, enjoy, dry and disinfect. My husband and I both feel a better sense of wellness; physically and mentally. The sauna has hit about 100 degrees. However, we do have it next to a window and we live in a very cold place. It really has felt plenty warm enough because of the 90% humidity. You can fit two people with a fair amount of ease. We replaced the camp style chair with two small stools to sit upon. If you are there alone, you'll have a pretty good amount of space to stretch out. Watch out for the little steamer that sits in the sauna box. It gets very hot once the sauna has heated for 10 to 15 minutes. Overall, we've loved it!
