I was surprised at how well this works. It takes up quite a footprint wherever you decide to put it up. But you can take it down after it dies if you need to. The setup was simple: open the actual tent, which is like a pop tent, and ensure you have room when you take it out of the bag. The short hose goes inside the tent, and the longer hose to the boiler. Plug it in, fill it with water, and you'll be good to go in about 15 minutes. We have used this for over 90 minutes before between 2 people and the chamber still was over halfway full of water, so I don't know how long it goes on a full 3L but it's a fairly long time, and that was at level 10. The levels are adjustable, 10 levels in all. The tent is a little small, but I am a big guy, over 270 and I was able to sit in it just fine. The chair scared me at first, I sat on it softly the first 10 minutes, but then I had to sit back in it. It works quite well and it held my weight without any issues. It's just enough back support to be comfortable and let you relax. Cleanup is fairly easy, just make sure to keep an extra towel on hand to wipe everything down on the inside. Make sure to be careful emptying the steam chamber; it will have plenty of hot water in it. Setup takes less than 5 minutes, and you are up and running and ready in under 20 total. Great at home portable sauna.

I’ve been using the Aledaras Portable Full Body Steam Sauna for a few months, and it’s been a great addition to my wellness routine. Steam saunas offer numerous health benefits, and this portable model delivers on many of them. After each session, I feel deeply relaxed, and it helps improve circulation, relieves muscle tension, and supports detoxification. I’ve also noticed better skin clarity and a general sense of rejuvenation after regular use. Also, after a nice cool shower, I fall asleep almost immediately. One of the standout features is the 360° omnidirectional steam nozzle, which includes a plastic bowl-like device that can be filled with essential oils. Adding oils like eucalyptus or lavender elevates the steam bath experience to a whole new level of relaxation. And if you’re feeling congested or a bit under the weather, you can even use something like Vicks to clear your sinuses. It’s a great way to soothe both your body and mind. I would recommend placing the bowl under the chair and away from your feet because it will burn you fairly quickly. The heat settings are adjustable, and I appreciate the consistent steam output. The sauna heats up quickly, and I can feel the benefits within 15-20 minutes. Don’t underestimate this sauna, it can compete with the big boys you find at your local gym. The steam generator, which comes with multiple functions that make the experience both customizable and safe. It has a timing feature, temperature adjustment options, anti-leakage protection, and an automatic power-off function for if/when the pot runs out of water. This sauna is surprisingly easy to set up and can fold away nicely for storage (I leave mine up), making it perfect for smaller spaces or people who need portability. However, there is one thing that could be. Because it can get very hot inside the sauna, I would recommend providing some type of quick relief mechanism. From the inside, the zipper tabs get covered by the zipper material which would make them very difficult to locate during an overheating emergency. I connected a bright orange cord to mine so I can quickly grab and pull it if I get overheated too quickly and need to get out fast. I also have a whistle that I keep in the pocket of the chair, along with the remote. Which surprisingly works from inside the sauna. One last thing, I am 6' tall and I can stand inside, and my head just touches the top.

So try this on two different circuits and on both circuits the sauna is causing the entire breaker to trip. Consistently every time and sitting on a 20 amp breaker matching the plug! Just when you think you're getting comfortable BAM sitting in the dark. I can run every power tool I have off of this circuit but apparently a pathetically cheap water boiler is too much. Lastly the steam output from the one pot is not very efficient or effective. You get a mild immersion but it's not much and when you have to let it warm up for so long and then within minutes of stepping inside having it trip a breaker, it is so far from worth it

I figured I would try it for the price. I read all the reviews and one guy said he added another steamer as it just wasn't enough with just one. I bought an extra steamer just in case. We have not had to use it yet. We have it set up in the spare room. Takes up less floor space then the treadmill and he loves it.
