I never thought of the benefits of this type of products until I was hit by Covid a few years ago. I lost roughly 40 lbs (which I wish I had never recovered 😉) and endured almost 2 weeks of pain, weakness and so on. As I never went to a hospital, I had to rely on trial and error to minimize the impact of the symptoms. One thing that made me feel better, was improvised steam baths. My wife would boil lots of water and add salt, put it in a big bucket and I would sit on the floor totally covering myself with a thick blanket and "enjoy" the steam. The effect of the steam would make me feel less stressed, less pain, and somewhat stronger under tge circumstances. My diet was mostly liquids, soups, juices, hot teas, fruits (mainly grapefruits) etc...Keeping myself hydrated. However, that was lots of work! Then I was introduced to this type of product (I told myself that I should have thought of this a long time ago!). I'm no doctor nor can ascertain about the benefits of a sauna if not by personal experiences. A few things I am sure off, this type of products do help in relaxing, clearing your breath ways, sweat, it has been said that it may even help the immune system...So as important as it may seem to exercise regularly, taking occasional sauna "baths" may also be great for your well being. This is a convenient and easy to set up "booth" for one person with a seat and a 1200w, 3 litter steamer with a remote control to select between levels of heat. At $98.99 is one, if not the greatest deal available now.

This thing is impressive for the price. Steams up in less than 10 minutes and runs off wall power. Big enough for large folks and easy to put up and take down.

The media could not be loaded. Home sauna that fits in a corner at home. It is easy to setup and it comes with a steamer and chair to sit on inside. It is made out of soft lightly padded material. It does take a bit to steam up but it does work. Keep in mind it is not that easy to put up and breakdown. It is recommended to find a spot you intend on keeping it in.

This little sauna box has been awesome in my house. It's easy to put together and works surprisingly well. It heats up great and is really useful after a workout. Quality is good and it feels like it will hold up for a while.

I had another sauna similar to this but it was too short and I had to almost fold myself up to get in it. I am 6' tall and while I can't stand straight up in this it isn't a problem or uncomfortable. It is easy to assemble and setup, is easy to control and warms up quickly.

I have been looking at these for a while and found one on vine to review so I decided to give it a try. This steam sauna, does get hot and you WILL SWEAT.. The set up was easy and I had it built in under 10 minutes. It is very light and easy to move. It does have a hook on top for a towel holder, but my towel fell after a few minutes because it is just a small hook. If you have a towel with a built in loop, then it will work fine. The steam cup inside the sauna, works fine, I just wish the inside of the sauna was a little wider so I can place the cup away from my feet. For reference, I am about 6ft tall and about 205lbs. I like having the steam hit me as I it goes up, but the chair takes up most of the room in the sauna and deflects the steam unless I put it right in front of me where I will have to tuck my feet back because the hose and cup take up that space. For a small person, I guess it will be fine. Other than that, this unit is great. The zippers work fine and was able to sit in it for 20 minutes the first use, so I can test the functionality. I'm actually looking forward to using it again tomorrow morning. I would recommend, but would also recommend a 2 person version if you are a larger person like me.

This sauna was so easy to set up. I had it up and ready to use in under 5 minutes. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. We set this up in our living room and ended up moving it to the garage, light weight and easy to move. We filled the tank with our filtered water and it got hot in there. The chair is small, wish it had a hight back but it works. Take down is just as fast as set up and it's easy to store away.

Very impressed by how nice and heavy duty this sauna is! I was a little skeptical at first being that I had never heard of this brand before, but I'm really glad that I gave it a shot! All the pieces and parts came well packed and secured with no damage. There were no missing pieces or parts in the directions were clear and easy to read for getting this fully assembled. This is 100% true to the ad even down to the measurements so it fit perfectly in the spot I had for it. The steamer works perfectly and you can adjust the heat level to whatever you would like! It gets the whole Space very steamy and turns into the perfect sauna! After the frame for the sauna is put together it is super durable and doesn't sway around or act like it's going to give way. All the materials are pretty heavy duty for what it is and they are easy to clean as well being that it is a slick material. Super user-friendly very easy to get in and out of and works perfectly as intended! Definitely a great value for your money and a solid 10 out of 10! Could not be happier with this and if you are thinking about it I definitely recommend! This is a great way not to have to go all the way to the gym to use the sauna!
