First, we both love this. A bit small for a couples sauna but you can make it work. Perfectly sized for a personal sauna. I'm 5'10 and can stand in the sauna with flip-flops on, without hitting my head. The assembly is very easy. The hardest part is zipping it together. The fabric is stretched very tightly over the plastic frame and zipping it together really needs 3 hands. Once assembled, the zipper around the door is easy to use to close/open. The instruction manual is a little weak. Here's what's missing. The white steam box goes on the inside and the steam generator goes on the outside. The connect through the sauna wall near the bottom. I suggest the initial tubing connection be made while just the bottom of the sauna is assembled. After the first connection, the tubing seems stretched enough to reconnect easily. The chair is a bit small for me. It is lower to the ground than I would like and a bit narrow. I use a towel over the chair to make it more comfortable. My wife is smaller than me and it seems fine for her. When the steam generator is full (3 liters of water), it takes about 8 minutes when set to P9 (the highest temperature) to start generating sufficient steam. I tried P5 and there was no steam when the unit shut off after 10 minutes. I had started with the shortest time (10 minutes) and there was no steam. Now, I start with the unit on P9 until it starts generating steam, then I set the "temperature" (P1-P9) to my desired setting (I use P9 in my cold basement and it is very comfortable) and then set the timer to the duration I want (10-60 minutes in 10 minute increments). The included remote is OK but not really very useful. It mimics the buttons on the unit but doesn't provide any extra functionality. It doesn't look steam proof so I haven't taken it into the sauna (to control from the inside).

I’ve been enjoying this sauna box for some time now, and I’m completely hooked! The heating system is spot-on—works perfectly every time. I use it at least three times a week, and it’s honestly become a must-have in my routine. Since incorporating it into my life, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep quality. I used this sauna the first 2 days after it was delivered. It was amazing, I loved it. Went to use it on day 3 and it wouldn't heat up. it turned on, but no heat no noise, nothing. Picked up the unit to dump the water and heard something rattling inside the heating unit. I removed the 3 screws on the back and found this little black piece had melted off, I then saw the cord had started to melt. Super disappointed in this item. I immediately sent it back. I would not recommend this product at all, it is a fire hazard and should not be sold to anyone!!!!

This portable sauna has been a great addition to my home gym. It heats up quickly, and the steamer creates plenty of steam for a relaxing sweat session. The full-size tent is surprisingly roomy—I’m about 5'7", and I can sit comfortably without feeling cramped. The included folding chair and remote control are nice touches that make it easy to use right out of the box. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the setup instructions could be clearer, and the zipper isn’t the smoothest. Once assembled, though, it works really well for the most part other than a lot of steam escaping when you unzip to get in. Overall, a great option for those wanting a spa-like experience at home without spending a fortune! No regrets here!

Easy to assemble - its basically just stretching fabric over PVC pipes and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. The sauna itself works well. The machines emits alot of steam and the tent does a great job keeping it contained. The size is enough for one adult. It comes with a little foldable chair which is nice. Its easy to use and there's several different functions. Works great for someone who wants to have an at home spa. Its durable and overall a great value for the money.

Amazing device - full sauna benefits at a super price point and small footprint which can go anywhere (it's setup in my garage). Putting it together is not complicated, and it steams up in about 10 minutes. I get a great relaxing full steam sauna at home now. Wish I had done this a year ago!
